Called in to order a cookie cake for my niece and from the start the woman who answered made me feel like I was asking for something ridiculous. Her tone was very condescending. The final straw was when I asked if she could write happy birthday on the cookie cake in red and yellow and she responded "oh wow". I hung up before completing my order. I had her on speaker and my friend heard the tone she and attitude she gave me so I'm not exaggerating one bit. I was trying to support a small local business but ended up just making the cake myself. Also their hours are posted as 12-6 and I went out of my way to go by there around 12 and they had a clock sign saying they would be in at 1. Which is why I had to call and try to place the order over the phone with the unpleasant woman.

Best cookies in town...I would smash these out everyday if I knew I wouldn't gain some serious weight... Thank you for awesome work! ~A dedicated cookie eater..~

Hands down the best sugar cookies I’ve ever had. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

My family and I have been frequent patrons for over roughly 5 years and we’ve always had a great experience. The cookies are wonderful. Well worth coming here!

Cookies was flat, dry and gross. My dog wouldn't even eat it. The Lady at the front counter had a bad attitude.

Not sure why I didn't Yelp this one first. It was right across the street from where I was at and it was 12:45 so I was hungry. I thought I'd stop by and grab some cookies and support a small business. I wish I would've read reviews first as I hate bad customer service. But I can also overlook it if they have an incredible product. This place had terrible customer service AND a bad product. Older lady behind the counter was crazy unfriendly and acted like I was an inconvenience even though I bought a dozen cookies. And she was clearly angry that I asked for two separate boxes. I'm still not sure how she was planning to fit that many cookies into one medium sized pizza box, especially with the toppings on some of the cookies. As for the cookies themselves, I tried three and took the rest to a customer. The snickerdoodle and peanut butter were so dry I drank water with them to choke them down. The butterscotch chocolate chip was the only edible one and I still didn't finish any of them. Super disappointing place.

Garbage service. Rang the bell twice, called out to see if anyone was there while I see the lady walking around the back blatantly ignoring me. Terrible service shouldn't be part of its "charm" like others have mentioned in the reviews. Thank God for Crumbl

I have done business with Cookies Cookies for several years now . I have never been disappointed. Not only are their cookies fantastic but their customer service is top notch . They have become tradition for my family at Christmas. Thank you for all you do !!

OMG! I love this place. We always saw it when stopping in to OCCU or Radar Toys (it's right next to them). One day Radar Toys had a Cookies Cookies coupon, so we went over. And, wow! Their cookies are sooo good, they're divine. They also have a unique and creative selection. Our kids now walk there (1+ mile) at least once a week to get a cookie. And if you're looking for just a basic cookie, too, they have the BEST sugar cookies ever.

I have been craving a good cookie so I thought I would try Cookie Cookie. Never again. I went in 20 minutes after they opened at noon and there were very few cookies available, no chocolate chip, no sugar cookies, but she assured me that they are getting 6 new flavors of ice cream. I don't want ice cream, I am looking for a cookie! I used to work in a cookie store in a tourist town so maybe I am too picky but I asked the woman when the cookies had been baked and she said, "I don't know, probably yesterday." I am pretty sure that if you are specializing in cookies people want them to be fresh. When I said okay nevermind and turned to leave, she was rude, as if expecting a fresh cookie is unrealistic. I will take my 1.95 and go to Dough Co for a warm, fresh cookie.

Always delicious cookies!! I’ve shared these cookies with multiple friends and they all agree, it’s the best sugar cookie around! The owner also made special order sunflower cookies for my daughter’s birthday and they were beautiful and delicious!!
