Comparing Crumb together to any cookie store in Oregon would be a travesty. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile, served with diligence and accuracy. The cookies made me feel like I was 5 years old, biting into the warm gooey center, and letting the warm chocolate sweeten my pallete. I am sad to say that I waited so long to try this shop, and am even more excited to continue supporting this phenomenal business!
Amazing experience!! Polite friendly an all round delightful place to visit ! The owners were kind considerate and so welcoming and amazing patience when I couldn’t quite decide ! Can’t recommend enough

Very nice mellow roast with full flavor. However, this is not a coffee snob kind of place. The coffee and lattes here are brewed, not curated or crafted or anything pretentious. Cookies are good. Nothing wild or crazy about the cookies, just familiar favorites. Friendly, courteous staff. Loud heavy metal music playing and no indoor seating, so not a spot to linger for conversation. But, if what you want is to have good coffee and nibble a cookie while walking downtown, then this is a great choice.

As soon as I entered this store to pick up a coffee, I was immediately chased out by the owner wielding a baseball bat for not wearing a mask. I have a medical condition that does not permit me to wear a mask due to health reasons and the owner still refuse to give me service regardless. I'll just leave it at terrible service across the board and never again.
