Best food we've had in Eugene/Springfield in 25 yrs. Fresh,light, flavorful, structured... wow. Tip for ordering with app- app does provide estimated pick up time so just go and get it while it's hot. Staff friendly too.

I lived across the street from this restaurant when it was on 24th and it was my favorite place to get dinner. The owner is incredibly nice and even called me personally to make sure I got a refund when an app let me place an order when they were closed. When they changed to a food cart I was so worried that they had closed down, but was so exited when I saw the food cart!!! The food has remained amazing through the years and the owner is always so nice. This is my favorite Thai food in Eugene

Today was the first time I checked out Drumrongthai food cart. They are located in the parking lot of Healty Pet on Friendly St. in Eugene, OR. This food cart is fairly new and has been there only 2 or 3 months. I got the pineapple fried rice. The meal was a little pricey for a food cart, $16. Service was quick and I took the foodTogo, although they do have seating available. Food was okay, but seemed to be lacking seasoning. The severing was a decent size, and I did get filled up. I might go back and try another dish, but wasn't overly thrilled with my first experience.Parking: Parking is in the Healty Pet parking lot

I've had many takes on Pad See Ew from various Thai places around town. Often they are drowned in too much sauce, dry from not enough, packed with too much veggies and not enough noodles, and flavorless. I can honestly say that the Pad See Ew I ordered from Drumrongthai this week may be the best version of this dish I have had in Eugene. It was flavorful, not soggy from sauce, perfect ratio of veggies and noodles. They also have the option to sub tempe, which i prefer to tofu. The only negative is that they are on the other side of town from me so I can't order from them regularly.
Delightful staff, solid portions and delicious food. So glad they came to the neighborhood! Favorite drunken noodles in town, and I love their take on everything. I’ve been on a Tom Kha kick lately, and theirs is perfectly balanced between savory, spicy and a hint of sweetness.Vegetarian options: Tofu and veggie optionsDietary restrictions: Easy to do gluten free
