We had the best lunch today at El Buen Sabor. The Chorizo Taco had a Handmade Corn Tortilla, Shredded Cabbage, Cilantro, Grilled Onions, Guacamole, and Salsa. The spectacular Wet Burrito was huge and it was a Flour Tortilla, Rice, Cilantro, Adobado, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Lettuce, Tortilla Chips, and Green Salsa. The Gorditas were crisp, delectable Fried Corn Masa filled with Carnitas, Shredded Cabbage, Cilantro, Onions, Guacamole, and Salsa. This is Authentic Oaxacan Cuisine and the Meats, Vegetables, Salsa, and Tortillas are prepared fresh daily here. The flavors were mouth-watering perfection.

El Buen Sabor has never disappointed when I want quality, fresh, and quick Mexican food. The tacos are always delicious, with the fresh and flavorful tortilla and meat as the stars of the show. Try the horchata, tamarindo, or jamaica to complement whatever food you get. The people working there are always friendly and kind. Buen Sabor is a go-to for me and I'm grateful they're in our community!

Recently moved to the area and was looking for some good Mexican food. Sad to say that this place was very underwhelming. I ordered the quesadilla and it was super bland, greasy and the chicken had almost no flavor. I was also blatantly ignored for at least 5 minutes before they even acknowledged I was waiting to order. Several hours later, my stomach hurts very badly and I feel nauseous. Definitely NOT going back here again.

I love this place, I love their food, the employees are always kind to me. The thing that I appreciate the most is the food is always consistent. I really don't have bad things to say about them, I'd give them 5 stars, but my Spanish isn't good enough to get in a halfway decent conversation.

Excellent food! The memelas are top tier. Some of the best tortillas I've ever had. Some vegetarian options. Nice folks.

The small, curbside covered patio was busy on a Tuesday evening just before closing. Every customer smiled. It seems as though everyone already knows this place, but it was new to me as I happened by on my bike.So good. Short line, cranking it out. A solid vegan option for everything across the menu. Fresh, hot crispy gorditas with seasoned potatoes. Absolutely.

Easy Does It

Im not one to complain but wow was My family disappointed. Everything was super dry and flavorless. I ordered tacos plate and lengua tacos. First, who puts raw cabbage on a street taco? Then they only use one corn tortilla per taco so it falls apart right in your lap. (Kid was very upset). The adabado had hardly any flavor and was desert dry. Lengua was the same way. At $4.00 a taco, you would hope they had flavor. As I am giving my food to my crying child, my other child said “this is gross dad!” Mind you they love mexican food. So we took what we had and threw it away and went to mcdonalds instead. Im out $50 plus McDonalds just because it was so horrible. Do not recommend and if they were good at one point, they are not anymore. Expensive, flavorless and dry food is what you can expect now. Highly do not recommend. BTW, our dog didn’t even eat what hit the ground and she is normally a vacuum ?

(I am Mexican) The absolute worst food iv ever had. Tried their food 10 years ago and is still as bad as I remember.Ordered: Huarache, Nachos, Horchata for myself and family. Food is insipid, cheaply thinned portions, you can tell they counted the amount of meat and ingredients on the huarache. Huaraches are more like soggy tacos with a thin tortilla. Huaraches are suppose to have big and thick tortilla. This is not authentic. Nachos also had very little ingredients, you can tell they dont know how to cut their ingredients because tomato cubes are way to big and nachos had a ton of chips that got soggy very fast. The Horchata tastes like water used to rinse rice, you can tell they don't know how to make it. Food couldn't even be rescued with their insipid salsa. Sorry this might sound cruel but how many years have you been in business and nothing has changed.

The people are very friendly, and the food is good! I’ve enjoyed their standard burritos and tacos the most.Today I got a torta at their 8th Ave location. The meat was good, but the Bread was dry, and did nothing to enhance the dish. Also stringy cheese on the inside was a turn-off for me.Overall great food trucks! But stick to their popular items.

I live 2 blocks from the Blair location and work about a block away from the Olive food truck spot, and have eaten at both a decent number of times. Every single time I’m left completely disappointed and unsatisfied. The food is completely under seasoned and bland, and the combination of whatever seasoning they put on the meat with hot lettuce almost tastes more like some kind of Chinese food in a way. Do yourself a favor and go to El Rancho (right next door), Dos Banderas, El Trenecito in Springfield. There are so many other good spots, but I think the convenience of this place lures people in. I’ve given these ladies plenty of chances, but I think my last visit will be just that.
