So I was going to give it a 4...but they deserve a 5. I am an old school Hawaiian Time and I miss that macaroni salad. I will say I still love the Chicken Katsu! Always my favorite.

Long story short, quoted wait times were not accurate, organization and professionalism were mediocre and the "Alii" was more like a 1/3 "Alli" even with the extra rice I ordered. Flavors were fine.

I don't think we will be coming back here. The prices have increased a lot and they absolutely skimped on the portions they used to be. Not impressed.Edit: In response to the owner reply, you have multiple reviews on here claiming the portion size has changed. Something is up with that. I have been a customer for a long time and this last plate was noticeably smaller. Customers do not appreciate being called wrong. Thank you.

Restaurant is very Filthy. Service was poor. Will never go there again. My shoes stuck to the dirty floor when I walked. Dirt and mildew on cabinets near fountain drinks. Yuk!

Food was good but it took forever and we were in a rush and they made us fill our own tariaki sauce containers. Also we asked for a container full of rice and they gave us a small scoop of rice very disappointed. don't recommended we recommend drive thru Hawaiian time.

First time getting food here and I really enjoyed the teriyaki chicken with rice and macaroni salad combo. I would have grabbed some extra sauce if I would have known how much sticky rice I was getting!The inside of the place was bare and empty. The menus had no pictures and it was hard for me to figure out what to get being my first time there so I had my friend pick something out for me.Parking: Hard to find entrance but plenty of parking

The location on W 11th in Eugene, OR is in need of serious reform. They are always closed and they are rarely fully operational. I have had to go somewhere else more times than I've been served in the last 3 months.

Good food, slow service. I'm sitting here 20 minutes to get my order. Still hasn't arrived even though it's not crowded.

It’s my local Hawaiian Time but I can give this location any more business, my experiences here the past year have been sub par. Can’t seem to get my order correct even when I repeat it clearly, the food has been lazily slopped together and I just stood at the counter for minutes while workers continue to carry on a conversation after noticing me and another customer there in line. Made no acknowledgment of us or attempt to even take an order. It’s a shame since this place has long been one of my go to’s for take out.
