I walked away for two seconds to go, use the bathroom and came back, and all my food was gone. And then proceeded to get charged full full price for everything after complaining.Literally, the last time I’ll ever step inside of an IHOP all thanks to this one place .

Love the waitress in there. I think her name is Amy. We wait for her to come off break so we can sit in her section. Always makes sure our food is just the way we like it.

We got there and it was 20 minutes before anyone even came out to the front counter to tell us the kitchen was backed up so it would be awhile. Another 25 minutes before we were finally seated. Everyone in the dining area had already been served their food and drinks besides us and 1 other table. 15 minutes after we were seated we finally got our drinks but only because we asked for drinks out loud to the waitress. Yes they had a lot of online orders. I have worked in the restaurant business I know how it is when you get slammed. But to keep telling everyone coming in the kitchen is backed up and to not be taking dining room orders all the while there are still online orders coming in is just ridiculous! One hour and 15 minutes later they finally took our order. We watched 7 customers( mind you they were all groups of 2 or more) leave because they were never seated and 4 pick up orders leave without getting their food. There was no manager or anyone in charge working and the workers who were there just did not know what they were doing! When we did finally get our order an hour and 45 minutes after we arrived it was wrong. Never saw the waitress again to see if they could correct it and since we had been there almost 2 hours just ate what was right and when we said something checking out which took another 10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter they didn’t even offer a discount. Will never eat here again.
