The owner is always so nice and friendly and it's clear that they put a great amount of time and effort into every detail. AMAZING! If I could give this place more starts I absolutely would. I'm not a huge coffee drinker but Kōhi Time has a variety of teas and non coffee options! There are also milk alternative options which I can appreciate as well. Overall, wonderful service, drinks are created and crafted with much thought, and they are delicious!

We all enjoyed our coffee beverages. A large menu with an array of interesting hot and cold coffee and non-coffee drinks. I had the Sam’s Sundae latte, with chocolate and bergamot olive oil. It was delicious and intriguing, with a slightly bitter and not too sweet flavor. I would recommend/ have again. The owner was very kind and generous.

Great selection of cold and warm beverages that are unique and made with a lot of care. What I've tried so far: tastes like spring (cold), black sesame latte (cold), hojicha latte (warm). All three drinks are evenly balanced with the right coffee/tea:syrup:milk ratio. Not overly sweet, and you can taste the quality of each ingredient. Milk options are lactose free dairy or oat which is a big plus.Also, cups that they use are eco-friendly, which includes the straws. The straws are not the paper ones that get soggy!Lastly, the service is great. The lady that makes the drinks is very welcoming.Parking: Parking all around the block.Kid-friendliness: Several drink options for kids that do not contain coffee.

Just found out about this awesome place and tried several of their coffees (I’m buzzing a little!)… They have Chicory Cold Brew which is delicious. Also had a perfect Americano and one of the signature drinks which were both very very tasty.Vegetarian options: This is a coffee place so I think everything is vegetarian and they have plant based milks too.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating.Parking: Can easily park within one block.Kid-friendliness: Lots of great beverage options.

Incredible personal service. Inspired and tasty coffee creations. The signature drinks are tasty! * Bergamot infused olive oil coffee!! * * Chicory cold brew!! * Standard coffee and Espresso drinks are extremely well prepared and tasty too. Adorable coffee truck with seriously good coffee. Great to have Kohi Time here (right across from Ninkasi) with other quality food trucks including Kai's, El Nopalito and Ton Ton Sushi. There is something for everyone in this food cart pod.

I've been a firm believer that coffee is coffee and there isn't much difference between good and bad coffee. Kohi time proved me to be very wrong. The espresso was nice and strong; it had good flavor with no unwanted after taste. The service was very friendly and accommodating and she went out of her way to ensure that we enjoyed the coffee.

Mmm. Mmm. So Good! “Shiso happy” was delightfully refreshing. Matcha, strawberry compote with essence of shiso leaf with sparkling water on ice. Such a unique drink. Me sooo happy! ? I highly recommend Kohi Time. You’ll be happy too.

Kōhi Time is hands down my favorite coffee place! I get so excited to try all the new and unique drinks. Amazing customer service and overall experience, I highly recommend if you like interesting and not too sweet drinks :-)

I've been meaning to try this place and I'm so glad I finally did! The drink selection is great--so many interesting flavor combos. I settled on the "Tastes Like Spring" which was a cold matcha latte with strawberry compote and freeze distilled milk on top. (I got my drink made with oat milk but still opted for the freeze distilled milk toping.) As someone who can't tolerate much dairy, I'm grateful they offer almond and oat milk options. I also like that the business is so sustainable : all their ingredients are organic, their cups and straws are compostable, the equipment is powered electric and solar power, and the truck itself runs on biodiesel. My drink was so tasty! I sipped on it while walking around the neighborhood. Can't wait to try another one.
