Took my family there for my daughter’s birthday right when they opened at 11:30 on Saturday 1/27/2024. The young male waiter seated us and after that, we had to go interrupt him and the young girl waitress since they were surfing their phones up at their desk. Had to ask for a water refill (never offered) and seemed to only bring very, very minimal veggies to the table. I would go to the other BBQ place on the other side of town in Eugene. I drove 1 hour for trashy customer service! I Will never eat there again due to the service alone. Food was decent though. Over the years, customer service has died!

Wow. I had never had Korean BBQ before, so I was a little nervous about the whole process. However, I had had such a blast! The employees were very helpful with any questions and were attentive. We got the step up from the standard package, and I think I would do that again. Every meat we got was so good, particularly the soy garlic pork belly, the LA galbi , and the Hawaiian beef! I'm still thinking about them days later. We also tried the steamed egg and cheese corn, which were also fabulous. Something you must order is the soju cocktail! I wish more restaurants offered soju cocktails and this one was so good. I also liked how the restaurant itself was very nice. I appreciated the very separate tables and the ranges that kept odors and smoke to a minimum. We will absolutely be back, and hopefully soon!

Their website says an 18% gratuity will be added for tables of 7 or more but they added it to our check for a table of 6. Food was good, service was good but they snuck that extra tip in and my bad for not looking over the check, adding a tip, then signing it.
