Probably the BEST Thai Food you can get in the area. Very fresh and delicious. The owners are also very kind and the best customer service!

If I could give ten stars I would! I’ve had four dishes here and they were all very much the best tasting Thai food I’ve been able to find. Especially here in the area. Flavor is amazing, spice is no joke. I’d recommend grabbing a Thai iced tea for after. Makes for a perfect meal from beginning to end. Delish!

Best Fried Rice I've had in Eugene and the Thai Fried Basil is amazing. Fast and friendly service as well in a perfect location at Oakshire. Will be coming back for sure!

We had pumpkin curry and it was delicious. I really liked that you can substitute steamed broccoli for rice or noodles. We did that, and added the broccoli to the curry. Portions are generous, one order was enough for two, especially since we were also drinking beers.

How to ruin your weekend, get food from the Little Thai Elephant. Both my self and my wife had nasty food poisoning after eating here, thought we would be safe ordering vegetarian but alas no. Needless to say we will not be getting anything from here next time we are at Oakshire.

Loved the service and food. It's at a food truck and was so simple to order. Also helps you understand the spicy levels on a chart. I bought chicken pad Thai with the mild spicy, and it was spicy enough and so delicious! Loved the texture especially and the portions are huge! About $15, and could be split as two meals. I'll definitely be visiting here frequently, thanks for a great experience.

It’s delicious and the service is always kind and quick. Plus it’s posted right outside the brewery so you have indoor seating options, as well as heated outdoor seating area.

Really enjoyed my food. First time here, and when I approach a new Thai spot I usually get the Pad Thai. It gives me a reference point I'm familiar with and let's me know where they're coming from..The Pad Thai with chicken was wonderful. Chicken cooked perfectly. The veggies still had life in them (which is crazy important) and had a little crisp to them. Flavors had depth. I ordered medium heat after reviewing their heat options and explanations. They say medium is "Like eating a fresh habanero". I'd say that description is off a bit, but the medium is pretty dang warm and will be A LOT of heat for people who don't eat spicy. Be warned, if you can't handle spicy, keep it on the low end of the scale.I can't wait to go back and try again. Others in my party had mango curry and Kee Mao and both were fantastic.

We tried Little Thai based off of reviews on GrubHub but had never heard of it before (as I rely so much on Yelp and it doesn't appear they were on here yet). They have a Skinny Kee Mao option instead of traditional Pad Kee Mao so I gave that a try while my husband tried his usual pad se ew with beef. Medium spice level for me. I like that they used the reusable to-go containers and they were packed pretty full. It was good! I'm not going to say it's the best kee mao I've ever had but I did like the "skinny" option even if I still missed the bigger noodles that soak up so much flavor. Seemed like there was a lot of everything in my dish which was nice, sometimes you get too much of something and not enough of something else. We will return and try some other options!

Best Thai food in Eugene ! Love this place ! I get the Mango curry with coconut shrimp. I’m absolutely hooked, vegetables are cooked perfectly, spices are wonderful ! I did medium heat and that was right on as well, I usually wind up drowning my food in siriracha sauce but felt no need for it at all. Highly recommend!! I’m going need to broaden my horizons and try something different soon.

I'm not sure if we came on a bad day/time or what but this place was extremely underwhelming and kinda awful. Customer service was mid, it took them quite a while for them to take our order and even acknowledge us. Pad thai just straight up bad, I ordered mild+ since the guy said medium was too spicy. It was so damn sweet, it was dreched in peanut sauce, definitely not spicy. Thai chili basil is bland. Veggie spring rolls nothing special about it. Overall not worth it, go to some other Thai restaurant and it'll definitely be better than this place...
