The food here is awesome, and prices are reasonable. Chilequiles are my favorite!! I wish they could be open earlier on weekends but I will happily wait for the best, here.

I’ve been coming to Mami’s since they opened, and have suggested them to many people over the years. The quality had been consistently good for years, but the last three times I’ve come I have been surprised by the reduction in food and service quality. It took 40 minutes to get 2 bean and cheese burritos and a couple fish tacos for my family today, both burritos were cold all the way through, and all the food missed the mark when compared to all previous visits. It’s a bummer because we loved Mami’s, but it’s just not very good anymore…

I’ve been coming to Mamis for over 15 years. I don’t know if I’ll come back. I ordered online and was told it would take 15 minutes. I took 25 to be safe. When I arrived, they were out of Horchata, and hadn’t bothered to message me about it. They also hadn’t started making my burrito and expected me to wait. When I told him I wanted my money back he gave me everything except the online delivery charge, and then made me wait for five minutes to call his boss to authorize it.This was the worst customer service I have ever had at a restaurant. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for 15 years and used to bring kids here after sports games, but not after this.You people need to really look into how to treat customers and make things right when you make a mistake. That’s the definition of customer service. You failed.

I ordered a chile verde burrito but they didn’t put any green salsa.. and the horchata had waaaayyy to much cinnamon, definitely could do better

I think Mami’s nachos are the best. Not sure if it’s the way they layer them but somebody really care about the way they are making nachos. The burritos are excellent also - ingredients taste fresh — I like to get carnitas and ask them to cook the carnitas crispy.The people are always very nice. Atmosphere gets a 3 only because it’s a drive-thru/counter service — nothing bad about the atmosphere.
As usual, the tamales make it worth the long trip across town. It took a while, so they threw on two extras because we had to wait. But don't sleep on the tacos, either. Good tortillas, solid meat choices (including carnitas and barbacoa) and plenty of garmiche and salsa choices.Parking: Overflow parking recently added.

Tried this place for dinner doing take out. When my husband went to pick up the food, he stood at the front waiting to just be acknowledged by anyone from the staff. They noticed him, but didn’t ask him what he needed help with. They then acknowledged two other people behind him instead.The order was placed 45 minutes ahead of time, and should have been ready by 7:45, and it was still not ready upon his arrival. Needless to say, the customer service was unacceptable, and the food was not that good in flavor at all.We ordered the hard shell tacos, a side of beans and rice, chips and queso dip, and some burritos. The red salsa that was given to us had a terrible flavor. The cheese tasted like it was out of a store bought jar. The chips were good. Everything just didn’t have good flavor. Definitely won’t be going back here.Also, my husband mentioned that the kitchen looked a mess, and was very unorganized.
