The front staff are not friendly, including the one who wear the black dress (hoping they are not the store manager), when pointing out that the crew was using the same tong (they just use a single one) for all foods during the breakfast.They use the same tong for meat, eggs, etc., and seems they don't have proper training on what to use and what not. This could lead to some health conditions for people who don't eat or with not fully cook meat contamination with the one without meat.When questioned about it, they asked us to leave the store even when it was not a mistake on our side. I hope someone can pull the video recordings at the time of this event.Most of the time our breakfast order is messed up with the wrong ingredients. When placing an order for Egg McMuffin with no Canadian bacon, they always put the bacon and when they realize it's with no bacon, they either simply remove the bacon from it and give use back or they make us wait until they make a new one with no bacon. This is not a one-time mistake, they keep doing this more often.I will be putting up a police complaint about this issue as well as how the store is managed or trained with crew.

Went to go inside, and the doors were locked. Apparently, there was only one person putting the orders together and one making the food. They could have put a sign on the door instead of giving me dirty looks and ignoring me.

DO NOT TRUST THE FOOD THEY COOK HERE, They cook you old food and leftovers instead of throwing them out it's all bad my family had so many stomach problems because of there food they need health inspection to come in this has never ever happened to my family at any other McDonald's

The customer service is awful! 9.29.23 I went to get lunch real fast and I ordered my meal and I noticed the girl using a bucket to put ice in the cup. It looked light brown water with ice I asked nicely if I could just have a soda without ice she rolled her eyes and was rude all about it. If your working a customer service job!!!!!! Have the customer service attitude!!! After handing me my things she said have a nice day but it came off very sarcastically. I replied back your really rude. I called the store to let them know " spoke with the manager" which I'm sure it wasn't. All she said was sorry what can I do?All I said was if you have employees working for a job for customers service make sure they are not rude! It's just not cool. The lack of customer service these days.

About a month ago an employee at the drive thru window called me a b****- Even after a formal complaint, he still remains working at this location. Every time we have ordered here and had any special requests, we need to go back in after getting our food because it is never made properly. The night shift manager has a horrible attitude when it comes to customer service, despite being approached calmly. I understand the stigma that McDonalds is cheap and full of minimum wage paid students, but if it was so easy you'd think it would be done at least slightly correct? I personally love a few of their menu items, but I can get the same satisfaction from somewhere like Wendy's without being treated like a bother to the employees every time...
