This was one of the first few stops when we landed here. It's not bad, but definitely was not stand-outish enough to warrant becoming a regular hot spot. I was expecting better quality than a similar chain, but it really was much more bland. The service here was very good and very kind, which is always a great thing to find!

We eat out more than we should. Mucho Gusto is one of our favorites for grabbing a quick bite after work. Recently, the attention to detail has really suffered. The last 5 times we have gone or ordered online, something is incorrect. Online orders have frequently had items that were not requested and missed items that were supposed to be in our order. Tonight while ordering in person, the wrong sauce was put on my wife’s food, which I didn’t notice. This is all especially frustrating when considering dietary restrictions and the amount we have ended up with food that we couldn’t eat.

This place is awesome! Tucked in a college town there are places to sit inside and out. Ordering online was easy and got me 10% off. There were so many choices but I went with a burrito that I was able to customize fully. It came with chips and salsa for $9!! What a deal! Everything was delicious and freshly made. The inside decor was well lit and decorated! A great place to pop in for delicious Mexican food!

Typical buffet quality Mexican food made by college kids for college kids, what a mess behind the counters, hard pass on going here again.

Excellent tacos and burritos! My brother raved about this place, so when in Eugene, give it a go, right? I had a burrito with chicken and just about everything. The vegetables were fresh, the chicken was cooked well and marinated in a delicious mix. The chips offered were house made and fantastic. The salsa that came with it was a little too spicy for my taste. I gave 4 stars because it wasn't lunch hour and tables were still a mess and trash in the floor. Maybe the lunch rush was crazy and they just hadn't got to it yet, but it was already close to 3pm and the restaurant had only 2 tables occupied. The restrooms were clean and stocked though.

I got a tofu burrito and it was tiny. It was like a child size and I paid $11 for it. I feel completely ripped off. I'm not spending any money at this business again. Their portion sizes are sad.

I stopped in to get me a burrito bowl today and I was very disappointed. The lady preparing my food for me gave me very small scoop of shredded beef. Go somewhere else if you want meat in your burrito.

Food wasn't fresh, and the manager is power-hungry that over talks the disabled when they try to explain their service dog's tasks.
