This place has the best muffins and pastries! I go often and stock up on their muffins. They freeze really well and the kid loves having them as a snack option. Lots of flavors- he likes the Orange w/ Chocolate chip best. I love the lemon crumble or the Blueberry. Try the Carrot cake too!!

This place had outstanding food, but it was extremely unpleasant to see that no one was wearing gloves or even washing their hands while serving food or making it. The people making the food were either not wearing a mask entirely or taking it off and on and touching their mask then touching the food with the unwashed hands. No employees were wearing hairnets and even one woman had her hair down. So sad to see some place with amazing food but absolutely horrid sanitary procedures

The Muffin Mill has officially closed. After 37 years in Eugene we have lost our lease. We thank all our faithful customers who have supported us to the end. We felt your love!

I visited the muffin mill early August 2020. Small shop chock full of muffins and other baked goods. They offered breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. Prices were reasonable and their customer service was top notch. The baked goods were amazing. The coffee cake was fresh and delicious. The scones were still warm! I'm glad I got to try them. Unsure if they will reopen elsewhere but when I stopped today 8.35.2020, the front door said, "love thy neighbor. We lost our lease. 1983-2020." They will be missed.

The food is always good and reasonably priced. Their soup is usually fantastic and the sandwiches are worth going for. The only complaint I have is the location and how difficult it is to access if you don't drive.

Amazing muffins wish they stayed open longer and on weekends can't wait to try the food after tasting how great the muffins are

I actually love this place! The soup is always so good. The carrot cake is amazing! I visited last week, hadn't been in for awhile, I am giving 3 stars only because I was kind of put off by the fact that the girl that was making the food was not wearing gloves, not washing her hands between orders and touched everything. This hasn't been the case in the past....

One of my favorite places to get muffins. The soup and sandwiches are delicious too!

Great food...However, in the middle of a pandemic with mask required statewide by our governor the people working there serving food were not wearing a mask. I ask them about it and got a half-hearted reply that it was hot and not many people wearing them anyway. I expected more from a local business that's been around here for years...very disappointed!

I took my truck in to a nearby shop a couple weeks ago, and I couldn't figure out why I was smelling blueberries when I got out. Blueberries at a mechanic shop in an industrial area just seems out of place. Finally had to ask the guys in the shop if I was crazy or actually smelling something delicious. Turns out it was the Muffin Mill. I didn't have a chance to stop in that day, but made it a point to run in today, and I'm so glad I did! Right now I'm in a food coma from the sandwich I ate, and I want a muffin. But I'll explode if I eat that much. So it waits. I wasn't sure what to expect going in here. But we walked in to a little shop in an industrial strip mall kind of thing. I've driven right by it a thousand times and never knew it was there. It is really easy to pass by if you don't know it's there. Walking in I saw an older man at the counter who greeted us. I had no clue what I wanted, so waiting was just fine with me. My husband and I picked out a dozen muffins to buy and got in line. While waiting I was reading more of the menu and wanted to try a sandwich. I asked if they served lunch items at 9:30am and was told when they open at 6am, they're OPEN. Meaning if it's on the menu, it's available at any time. I took my sandwich home with me to eat. They do have a tiny dining area in the front and then two party rooms off to the side if you're wanting to eat there while being socially distant. While standing in line I met a lovely older woman who was clearly a regular customer. She said the older man who owned it and was the cashier tends to be a bit grumpy. So if he was grumpy with me, to know that was just his nature. Which I guess I caught him on a good day because he was nice to me and gave me tons of information to all the questions I asked. The decor is severely lacking any personality. I definitely wasn't going in for the ambiance. But I went in for inexpensive, scratch made food from a local business. I can live with boring walls for the tasty food I got in here! We ended up with a dozen muffins and half of a French dip sandwich. The sandwich was gigantic. I'm still not sure how I finished it, but I know to only order a full size if I want to save half for later. A dozen muffins and half a sandwich was $16, or so. I can't remember the exact price, but it was not expensive. Would I return? Yes! Right now I'm mad I didn't know about this place sooner. But it's definitely worth a return visit.

I stopped in to pick up a sandwich and soup for lunch! Lovely food - my sandwich was full of fresh romaine, tomato and pickles. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious! The big surprise was the carrot cake -!the best I've ever had! So flavorful, moist and just filled w/ goodness!

I can always smell them from the freeway before getting off beltline. Pulls me in and I have to stop for some of their yummy muffins. I love the large chocolate dipped macaroon cookies! They usually sell out before I can get there.

Best BLT in Eugene, and other breakfast foods are quality. I stop in and pick up a couple dozen muffins to take to work, and everybody enjoys them.

Great little shop. We had sandwiches, tuna melt, chicken fajita, and a meatball sandwich. All were excellent. There are lots of soups and a large selection of muffins and baked goods to pick from at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful. This place is a little gem.
