This is hands down the best in Oregon. We eat here EVERY time we are in Eugene. The food is from scratch and worth every penny. Definitely worth the wait and cost. Love this place.

Most of the seating are tables with very uncomfortable wooden chairs, but the staff are spectacular and the food is always good. Has stayed consistently delicious for the 20+ years I've been going

There used to be an Original Pancake House in San Jose, where I live, but they closed. My heart broke. But the one in Eugene, Oregon is equally as good. Every time I visit, I must make as many trips here for breakfast as I can. So good.
May not be a fair assessment. I think the place needs a little freshening up all around including employees.

There are gf options here, but if you are celiac, I'd ask about cross contamination. The portions here are generous, and the breakfast food was tasty. Our service was attentive but not hovering. It is right near U of O, so it can get crowdedVegetarian options: It's a breakfast place, so there are plenty of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: There are gf offerings on the menu. They were able to switch out ingredients for my allergies when askedParking: They have a small parking lot. I'm not sure where you park when that lot is full.Kid-friendliness: It's a casual dining place and there were children present while we were eating there.
