The kids who work here need to be retrained. They don't notice online orders until the person is there to pickup. They don't prep enough and are always out of crucial items.In addition they seem to always be socializing with each other and not serving customers.

Bought lunch at the VRC panda’s. Called to let them know the Kung pao chicken had a thick beef sauce, not Kung pao sauce. Employee told me I was wrong and said ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Gee, make it correctly, or simply apologize. Will never order from them again, he was extremely rude.

If u do a mobile order make sure to count your stuff. Showed up a little early and had to wait. Watched them try to pack up my meal with 1 less egg roll and 1 less entree. Also coats shouldn't be worn behind the counter while handling food. Cross contamination like crazy. Saw handling of everything none food then hands straight into my food. Like seriously? Absolutely disgusting and I will be contacting owners.

The girl that works the weekends around 3pm is horrible she is rude she don't even greet you she looks and you rude!! Two days in a row!!!! I feel if you are in customer service you should always greet your customers no matter what not act like you're not even there and start talking to a different customer!

Ordered a bowel chow mein and beef with broccoli. Highly disappointed in the beef with broccoli I had about five huge pieces of broccoli that I had to pick up with my fingers and bite down to smaller pieces and I only got one piece of beef in with my broccoli very disappointed.

The young man behind the counter stood there for a good minute, acting like he did not want to help us. He then proceeded to walk away, and another young lady did help us. I half kind of expect it at this mall location, but come on, if you do not want to work, quit.

One item didn't show up at all and the two chicken dishes had the wrong kind of chicken, it was spicy and saucy, covering everything in the box making the two meals inedible.They couldn't refund, just said they'd "hold on to my name for a discount on my next visit."I'm not planning another visit and if I was it might not be soon enough if they're just, "holding onto my name."The girl at the shop was nice despite the fact that those people can't get an order anywhere near right.She gave me an 800# and I got the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had.The guy tried to blame DoorDash, when I reminded him that DoorDash didn't pack the order he berated me for ordering using DoorDash.He raised his voice and spoke to me like I was an idiot child, he was awful and I'll never eat at PE again knowing they hire people like that. No customer should have to be treated that way, especially one who just spent money on YOUR product and it was totally messed up.They have done NOTHING to make it right.DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE.

After waiting in line for a good while Food came out stale, drinks warm, and the worker started putting things on my plate when i didn't say what I wanted yet and on top of that she was kind of disrespectful. Wouldn't recommend. I usually love Panda Express.

It twere so it twere, Sir. The Orange Chicken sauce was overly heavy and overly spicy. My nephew, the Panda Express Pro, told me so. I vow it to be so or leaches to myself you may stick. He ate it in installments. The Chow Mein was delightful. Of the three Panda Expresses we have dined at, this is the least likely he will return to. There was one woman working. A bit harried but she got the job done. Good on her, I say. And give her a raise, she is well deserving.
