Poor service, left with nothing as was told my order of a Cesar salad couldn’t be made as what is out on shelves is all they serve in a day. Never happened before and service was very poor after waiting to be told and only one person was waiting.

After being a huge fan of papa Murphy’s pizza/river rd/Eugene… for about 15 years… I’ve decided to quit buying from there. There is so much bad about it now.. but my biggest pet peeve is the “half & half pizza (we always order). Is NEVER a half and half!!And it’s WAY off…. And it’s always my “papas favorite” half… that is not a half… but maybe a third or like just now a quarter of the pizza! Too bad……. The kids you have working there now are terrible!

Truly a great location. My dyslexic mother made a mistake and took the wrong pizza (similar name) and they were very kind about it when we brought it back. Awesome people. The people there have always been really kind and the food is very good.Vegetarian options: They have a really good veggie pizza. It is not vegan, but good vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy-free and vegetarian pizza.Parking: The parking lot isn't very big and is always very crowded. It's also a bit awkwardly set up.Kid-friendliness: What more is there to say other than pizza? It isn't a dine-in place. But you can customize your pizza, and you can get make your own pizza kits for kids.
Ordered my pizza online and prepaid and when I got there was made and ready to pickup. Pizza was made to perfection and was delicious.

Forget the crustless pizza. Its a pile of crap in a container that anyone could throw together but why?

I high recommended not to buy the 5 cheese bread in the pan this is the third time I got it and every time it not cook all the way through. And it not my oven it new what a waste of my money never. I hope no buy it so they'll go back the to round one

We love the taste and it could be so perfect. We order half and half all the time. Well almost every time the “regular” amount of salami is like you’re missing salami at all on like half of the half of pieces of pizza! Happened twice now And today we had a very uneven half and half. It was more like 3/5 and 2/5 It would be so great if attention would’ve paid to these small but significant details. We love the taste. And review is definitely open for updates so….. ❤️
