I came here to throw an office birthday party for 14 people At lunch time. The service was excellent. The two waitresses that helped us were so patient as we were all had some dietary restriction, and had so many separate checks. They we're very considerate to offer us refrigerator space for the cake that we brought. On top of that, they still gave the birthday girl a free dessert to bring home. The first time I came here I had meatballs with the sauce on the side. They were good but I felt it was a bit expensive for three meatballs, $13. Today I had a chicken Caesar salad and a cup of soup for $13. It was a good Cesar salad, did not disappoint. The soup was hot and very tasty. I think what really stands out is the service. Really friendly servers each time.Bathrooms are clean.

Darn near perfect. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, fried artichoke, and tiramisu all of which were absolutely wonderful! My only regret is that I will not be in Eugene/Springfield long enough to try the grilled asparagus salad and baked meatballs. Bravo Pastini!

Wasn't busy. Had to wait for like 20 min before a server came to acknowledge us. When that happened and food arrived it was delicious. But got handed off between 2 servers and didn't know who to tip really. Definitely room for improvement on the service side of things. But the food was delicious.

This is a very nice place. Clean, simple and stylish interior. The staff was very friendly and quite quick. But I'm the front of the house and there kitchen. The prices are exceptionally reasonable too.

I went here on 2/23/24 for a friend’s birthday dinner. The staff were friendly enough and the atmosphere wasn’t unpleasant, just mediocre. The decor (random plates stuck on an all) looked like it came from the pottery barn in the same strip mall. The fried mozzarella came out really hot and fresh tasting and this was the highlight of my night. I also enjoyed the 2 gin Citros I ordered, no complaints. However the waiter grabbed my second drink off the table before I was finished when I was in the bathroom. That was my first issue. Another gripe is they never brought any water or offered any. If people order cocktails, it’s nice to offer water as well. Water was never offered and I had to flag someone randomly down to bring me one.My main issue was with the chicken Cesar salad I ordered for my entree- it was gross. The lettuce was soggy and tasted like it’d been sitting for a few hours. The croutons were chewy, another sign of sitting and age. The chicken as dry, and very cold. It tasted like it came out of a plastic bag of pre cut store bought chicken- not good at all. My friend ordered the braised rib raviolis and some of them were cold in the middle which is gross- seriously yuck.I’ve ordered from this place countless times on DoorDash and the quality varies. You never know what you’ll get- sometimes it’s was good, sometimes it’s sub par. These days it’s been tilting towards mediocrity and not worth my money. Olive Garden is comparable and cost the same if not a little more expensive but honestly does a better job. I thought I’d never sing Olive Garden praises.Eugene has way better Italian restaurant offerings than these chain restaurants. If you want good Italian food steer clear of this spot. If you like basic reheated food, you’ll love this place. I could only recommend the appetizers and the drinks.

3rd and final time here. Ordered on the phone and drove in to pick up the order. Upon entering the restaurant could visibly see 2 waitresses staring directly at me and bad moing me. Lady walked up with an attitude and said, "anything I can do for you?" If customers are a burden to you, maybe service industry isn't the one? But whatever, I can survive a single person with a bad attitude. As you can see from this photo of the chicken Alfredo, there is no Alfredo sauce on the food, and about 4 pieces of chicken in total. For $21 i should be getting a full chicken breast, chicken is very cheap but clearly so are your owners/staff. I paid for an extra side of chicken Alfredo and that is pictured in the back, which will have to go on the dish which was supposed to come with sauce when I wanted some to dip my bread into.In addition to this, when directly compared to the menu, I was overcharged $4.50 for the lackluster food. Theft effectively. Hope the waitress really enjoyed that $4.50 for the horrible service she provided.Disappointed to say the least, supporting local is becoming impossible when there is no service to back the price. Would not recommend.

One of the best Italian places, service levels are superb and very friendly. Atmosphere/ambience is beautiful. Reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious. Try the ravioli tomato and tiramisu. Most highly recommend!

Never been here before but came for my 40th birthday celebration. I know it's not Chuck E Cheese with party hats but it literally felt like every other dining experience I've had in Eugene. Fettuccine Alfredo barely had any sauce on it. What a let down. At least they sing to you at olive Garden. Overhyped, overpriced. Standard experience.

Both dishes I ordered had very dry Noodles with an extreme lack of sauce, especially on the Macaroni & Cheese. A Lady at our table; who I had not met until that day, told me that the only way to not get dry noodles & the correct amount of sauce at Pastini, is to specifically ask for extra sauce. She said she has to do that each time she goes to Pastini. Now, the issue I have with that is, am I going to have to pay extra $, to get enough sauce on my noodles for them not to be dry? Also, shouldn't there be enough sauce on my noodles already, without having to ask for or pay for extra sauce? Anyhow, this was my experience & I will go back & see if it happens to occur again. The flavor as far as my Broccolini, Filbert & Garlic Aoli dish was quite delicious, just dry noodles. The TEENY bit of Sauce (one tsp of sauce) in the bottom right hand corner of my Macaroni & Cheese to go was tasty, just dry noodles. What I did taste, has me definitely curious enough to want to go back. The server Scott I think his name was, is SUPER nice & the place is very pleasant. I saw that they have Spumoni Ice Cream as a dessert offering, so when I go back I will be having that too. The wait wasn't long at all & the place is clean & inviting. I will update on the dry noodle issue once I return. If you look at the photos, you may be able to see the lack of wetness on the noodles. Please do give them your patronage & form your own conclusions, because the flavors were great. I & others in my family have had other dishes here previously, such as Salad, Soup, Garlic Bread, Meatballs, Calamari, Bruschetta & Scampi, which were all quite terrific. ♡
