Went in for a pack of cigarettes but desperately had to use the restroom. The lady was very rude to me after I asked politely if I could please use the restroom before I purchase my cigarettes. she proceeded to tell me that I had to be a paying customer before I can use the bathroom so I replied “that means I have to buy a pack of cigarettes first?” To which she very rudely stated “no, you have to be gambling or seated as a customer in order to use our bathroom honey.” I was flustered as my bladder was full and forgot that they are cash only so proceeded to try and pay for my cigarettes with my card and just ended up leaving. Thing is, I would’ve been able to stick around and pull some cash out of the ATM for my cigarettes if I would have been able to use the bathroom. I understand that there is a lot of drug problems going on in this area but genuinely had to go and I would have been a paying customer. Also that was absolutely rude and uncalled for.

Employee too busy sitting in a chair smoking 2 feet from the door to help. Walk in to a note saying she gets head aches so if you need her she will be outside! Definitely no way to work! How can you expect customers to have to chase you down to get service? She wouldn’t work for me very long at all!!
