The food is always delicious but what I really appreciate is the customer service. I am thinking of a specific worker there who is always on his game when he provides service, especially overthe phone but hes also very friendly in person. Unfortunately I do not know his name but you would recognize him by his friendly greeting of "hi friend" in the twang of a beautiful customer service voice that is sometimes hard to bring forth if you've ever worked in the industry. I appreciate the positivity that radiates through the phone when he takes my order. He's been there for years and he has never ceased to provide optimal friendly service. I recommend the pegasus chicken. If you like pineapples on pizza I recommend adding pineapples to pegasus chicken.

Good pizza but they always lie. They tell you it will be ready in ___ minutes. I always show up 10 minutes after that and it still is never ready :/ I feel like they don’t start cooking your pickup order til you show up.
Slice of Pepperoni. Pegasus uses larger slices of pepperoni. Good pepperoni coverage over the cheese. Good cheese. They are not here to reinvent the slice, just serve a delicious pie. Some other local Eugene Creative Types should learn a thing or two here. I was the only one there. Good service good pizza good job. Easy to go slack when things are that slow. It was after lunch before the early evening crowd. Young woman was most able and helpful. (I hate these beercentric places.) The dude who heated up my slice did good. Thank you. i used to really enjoy this pizza, and living in the neighborhood i enjoyed it often. the past 4-5 times i have gone it has been so floppy i could barely get it to my mouth. very sad to see what was once consistently great pizza become so mediocre

the place has a wonderful atmosphere and is a great place to hangout with friends. they had a foosball Table and a little pinball machine, that provided a fun composition between friends and something to be occupied with during the wait for our pizza. the pizza was delicious, with the classic commercial cheese stretch and great flavor in which the atmosphere just overall added.
