Got a Gluten Free combo pizza, love it the outside crust has a nice crunch, the crust with the toppings has a most excellent chew, the ingredients are fresh and have a snap when you bite into them, I had a really old punch card I finally filled out and they still honored it even though the deal on the new punch cards changed , the employees are super friendly and the atmosphere is pure nostalgia for me and takes me back to a real pizzeria, I am so over the moon with Pegasus Pizza they have a customer for life, and I have been to other pizza joints those are a very very distant 2nd.Love you guys keep up the good work

Had an employee tell me “the delivery charge doesn’t include the tip”. First of all, you’re charging $40 for pizza and can’t even pay your drivers!? Second of all, you charge AN ADDITIONAL delivery fee and further stiff your drivers.Your pizza is mediocre and your business model is anti customer and anti employee. Here’s hoping this California owned, parasitic business goes under asap.

I don't know really why they are in business. 20 minutes before 8 and they will not take orders. They might have really good pizza but every time I try to get some they're closed or closing. There's no real competition in town on the south side so they could have the market to themselves. They're just not interested in service after 7 PM

Let's be honest: we want good pizza. Pegasus has great pizza and garlic knots. While I've tried quite a few of their pizza's over the years, I just love the little pep-pep. Last time I was there, they were busy and they didn't have my pizza ready, but I was willing to wait. I wouldn't say the inside is an excellent dining experience, but it's a pizza shop. Eating outside on a sunny day is very nice.
Pizza is some of the best in town - especially gluten free. But the prices are steep and the ambiance seems like an after thought.

Last time we got take out. Arrived home to see pizza was burnt. Kids could not eat it. Called back asking to speak to a manager so we could get some money back. Never heard from them. Sticking to the campus location.

The Customer Service is Really Bad at The Willamette Location.Thankfully thereis a few better pizza places in town.Pegasus Pizza used to be number 1 in Eugene but now they are on the same level as Dominos.

Lunch portions are HUGE! The Christmas lager was delicious! Very good salad, but the pizza was awesome!
My friends and I ordered pizza from here and were told it'd be an hour 15. 2 hours later we call to see what's up and they said the drivers switched up an order and they will be right on their way. When the pizza arrived it was cold, undercooked and doughy. We called to express our discontent and the server that answered the phone said "thank you for your expression" and hung up on us. 0/10

The dude that took our order was rude and acted like he didn’t want us there. No helpful at all. We dined outside nice evening. Every time we needed something I had to go back and ask artisans for it. We won’t be back.

Our most recent pizza was not up to the usual standard of this business. It was burnt and the crust was very thin and flat. I will not hurry back. I hope they can return to their prior quality of pizza making. They won't be in business long if their standards for pizza don't improve.

It's been going downhill. Sadly this is a commonality in all my favorite places post pandemic. But it's still one of my favorite pizza places so four stars! Also, bring back the damned chicken wings!!!!
