Not a fan. Slow service when I was there for lunch the other day. People weren't wearing their masks properly and no one cared. I also didnt see anyone wipe off the counter when someone left.

The staff are always very nice and even the customers are very cordia the whole place is very uplifting . It's a very friendly atmosphere I recommend a visit and see for yourself . I've never had a bad time at the Rain bar &grill .

This is my first Yelp review! We came to Rain the other day for our first time ever and we were pleasantly surprised! There's a good basic menu of food, drinks (I think it's a full bar), gambling if you're into that sorta thing, and booths or bar seating inside and patio seating outside. Beautiful patio with really nice canopy or pergola type structures for shade. The food was fresh and great and the outside patio area is very relaxing and was quiet when we were there. The place felt super clean and just had a very chill and relaxed vibe to it. The staff were very attentive and overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable lunch. It's a cool little hidden gem of a spot, yet somehow it is right in the middle of everything. If you don't know where it is already you might not even find the place. Also plenty of easy parking - we found a few parking spots in the shade which is nice on these hot days. Overall everything was great and we plan to be back soon.

It was really great to hear that Rain has re-opened recently, being a new riverside condo owner right next door. While the menu is temporarily somewhat limited, the food is excellent and the local craft beer selection, worthy! (friendly bartender, Ryan, remembered my name and favorite brew on my second visit!).It's really nice to have a neighborhood pub less than a five-minute walk from my door where I can enjoy a happy hour and light meal and get to know the owners and employees by name...shades of Cheers!

Very bad experience after being a customer for the last year. One of the servers told me my favorite reason to visit, that server was left go. She is finishing nursing school and apparently hard to meet their schedule with school. Very unprofessional to say she was fired! Second point, the place was dead and the server never checked on me and one other patron. Not once! We had to go to the counter where he was flirting with a girl only other person in the bar, so clearly was disrupting his time. The server that is no longer there was diligent kind and so exceptional. Poor choices, because all you offer is service! I won't go back after this experience ! Unprofessional and your current server is not someone I even want to talk to! Horrible experience All done !

The daily question of "Is Rain going to be open today?" Is so unnecessary! Servers are amazing (Hannah) but seems like they're closed more than they're ever open.. I hope this place gets organized at some point... Food is literally amazing.... again, if they're open.

Very happy to see them reopen! Waitress, Hannah, was a delight. I had the French dip sandwich. It was delightful. Excellent bread! My husband had the pizza special. He wasn't so delighted. However, we both enjoyed our side salad. It was more robust than most. Hannah mixed some blackberry purée in the vinaigrette. So very tasty! So, slightly mixed reviews. The pizza left much to be desired. But everything else was good.

Our second visit. Another very pleasant and tasty meal. This time, our server aas Grace. Nice young lady. Second verse same as the first. The grilled tomatoes were very tasty. I suspect this will be a regular spot for us to frequent.

Oh my gosh! We just had the best wings ever! I don't know what the breading is but boy are they good. The wings are huge, cooked to perfection and served with coleslaw, french frys, and your choice of sauce. We chose a yummy buffalo sauce and a delicious blackberry habinero sauce. We also ordered the wedge salad which is served with a scrumptious blue cheese dressing. I mean scrumptious! It's served with a smile by Ryan and cooked up by Damon and Anna in the kitchen! We also had pizza earlier in the week which was amazing as well! So, if you've not eaten at Rain Bar and Grill on Alexander Loop off Goodpasture Island Road just down from Valley River Center, you're missing out. You'll love it. We sure do! ❤❤❤
