Such a shame. This used to be our favorite place but for the last several years the food just hasn't been that great and we usually leave feeling a little sick, I figured they might not be changing their oil enough. This time the coleslaw tasted like water and cabbage. The hamburger was dry and the first third was just meat cheese and bun. The sweet jalapeno relish was only on part of the burger. This was the last time we will eat at Red Robin.

I still am not a fan of franchises, but Red Robin does impress me every so often. Service often depends on the waiter, some days they were very friendly, others not so helpful, but in the end, if I'm satisfied enough to enjoy my Royal Red Robin burger with a side of bottomless steak fries with campfire mayo and refillable very berry raspberry limeade to wash it all down, then it's all good.

Checked in and was told 30-45 minute wait. Asked the hostess after 55 minutes and she said 30 more minutes because the had a large catering order come in. 1 hour and 55 minutes later I got a text my table was ready. Needless to say, I had left.

Really friendly people. I like the endless froes and soft drinks. I like the party like atmosphere.
We stopped in at the Red Robin in Eugene Oregon. The food was fantastic, as usual and we had no problem having them make salt free fries for my husband due to dietary restrictions.
I get the side of fries with the free refill. It's super affordable (2.99) and the fries are fresh each time. You will get full!NOT to be confused with the pound of fries, which is a different price.

Food was only okay. Fries & onion rings cold, one burger was way overcooked. Service was atrocious - our server was aloof at best, never checked on us or offered to refill fries/water. She was downright rude when we reminded her we were celebrating a birthday. Will not be returning.

Went on a very busy Friday Night... we were seated promptly... and noticed the restaurant was well staffed. Our order was taken in a timely manner as well as our food arriving. Service and burgers were great.

Stopped to pick up a Danotos pizza which was made with most ingredients piled in the middle of the pizza. Greeter was great and had pizza waiting at front for me. Getting in and out of parking lot was small and tight, even for a compact car.
