Love this place! Owner is the chef and he's so funny and takes great care of his customers. He isn't afraid to bus tables and loves getting feedback about his dishes. I find it to lack salt for my taste but it's perfect for my family and I can always add seasonings from the table condiments. They have hot chili oil, just ask and they'll bring you some! Super great atmosphere where the staff make you feel welcome! We love coming here with our family! Love the pho!

Every dish here has been amazing, from the soup to the banh mi or any other dish. The owner makes each dish to ensure it is the quality he wants coming from his kitchen; he also comes out to greet persons and ask about the taste experience. My partner says it is the most authentic pho he has had anywhere across the nation during travel.

Mindblowing Pho! Absolutely incredible. Best Pho I’ve had in Eugene, hands down. Possibly the best Pho I’ve had ANYWHERE. I’ve been to Vegas, San Antonio, and some other huge cities, but I was speechless eating the House Special Pho here. I will be coming back here often.

My husband, son, and I stopped in because we wanted a hot bowl of pho, and this restaurant had good ratings. They are in a shopping center. There is traditional Vietnamese decor. Our waitress was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Our son is around a year old, and he would eat anything if you put peanut butter on it. Our waitress brought out over rice and peanut sauce for our son without any additional cost. The owner was there cooking, and he even came out and interacted with our son. They really made us feel like family. We began with the coconut shrimp, which were crispy and paired perfectly with the chili sauce. Next, we had the pork and shrimp garden rolls. They were fresh and full of delicious, crisp vegetables and a yummy peanut sauce. My husband and I split the Saigon house special pho. It was hot, flavorful, and the fresh bean sprouts and basil hit the spot. All of our food came out quickly, was accurate, and was all delicious. Rating from F to A+++, I give it an A+++. We would definitely eat here again.

This small Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem! The pho is authentic and delicious, with rich flavors. We tried the chicken pho and the beef spicy noodle soup, and both were amazing. The owner came out to check on us and was very friendly. The servings are incredibly generous in size and the prices are also very reasonable.Parking: Plenty of free parking at the Plaza near target

Stopped here right off the plane from Arizona... Everything was SO FRESH and delicious!! I almost stole my honey's Chow Mein off of his plate, normally I don't order it because at other places it's so greasy... here it was so fresh and had a deep, brothy flavor. So warm and nourishing! Real beef. Fresh veggies. Amazing flavor. Great service! Can't wait to come back the next time. we're in Oregon!
