We came at 12:15 and didn't get our food until 1:15. The bathrooms are very dirty, looked like they haven't been cleaned. Service was ok, seemed understaffed.

It's late and we're on the way back from Eugene. Shari's closed in 45 min. That didn't sour the service The friendly waitress seated us very friendly big smile ? our food arrived hot and yummy Hungry for delicious food and atmosphere? You should go there!!

Ordered on Door Dash. Did not opt for any topping on burger and no option to pick "plain" but when I called the female that answered phone basically saying I didn't order it "plain". If I didn't choose any toppings, then that should indicate I did not want anything added. $10 for 7 cheesesticks that were bland and not cooked long enough. And ordered a salad & got zero cutlery (would've been okay had I been at home). Overall would not recommend. Food blah, customer service gone.

I hate giving reviews like this, but unfortunately, it is warranted here. Fist off, let me just say my server was awesome. She hustles, gets tables taken care of, and is attentive and friendly. She alone is the reason why this review isn't a 1-star review. The place was clean, tables were pretty set and clean, and the ambiance was that of a diner from the late 70s. Most of the booths had good and comfortable seats, and unfortunately there were a few that had ducttape on them. The menu is a good mix of homestyle meals, and you can order breakfast if you want as well. They offer a decent selection of pies, should you want to take one home with you. Here's the major issue: not sure who the line cook is or the back of house manager...but the food left a LOT to be desired. I ordered what SHOULD have been an easy homerun for food--A prime rib dinner. My only request was a piece as close to medium rare as they could get it. What I got was a prime rib that was luke warm, half fat and barely any meat, and half the meat looked like it had been baking under a heat lamp. Even more disappointing was the au jus which was not even luke warm. I was starving, since I hadn't eaten all day, and wasn't about to send the steak back just to get another piece even more disappointing. Even the Cole slaw was mediocre. My sister ordered a turkey club sandwich and asked for no mayo, tomato, or lettuce. Her order came out WITH mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Again, an easy order and absolutely pathetic that a sandwich can't even be made correctly. Now I know in today's post CV19 era, some people don't want to work and have little to no work ethic, but a line cook that can't turn out a basic prime rib is a disgrace to this business. Whoever the owner is, they need to have a heart-to,heart with their staff. Either you love cooking and making awesome meals for your patrons, or you need to find a new line of work. Sorry, but it's true. So, as for the review? Management...your servers are keeping you in business, because it isn't the food your cook puts out.

The place is going down hill. Food was either old or not cooked all the way. The waitress we had seemed like she didn't want to be there. We will no longer be going to the one on w.11th. I'm so disappointed with them.

Went by to get lunch today, it was closed. It is not the first time. It may be the last time. The best thing to happen to these restaurants would be for someone to buy them and improve them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - and the food we ordered was timely and good. BUT this restaurant is gross. I hadn't been to that location in about 5 years, but it is disgusting. It smelled very bad - really musty - almost like an old bathroom. Because of that, we almost left before we were seated. Besides the smell, the worst thing was the thread bare carpet that looked permanently matted with things that couldn't possibly be cleaned up and certainly was sticky. Many booths were torn and taped up. My menu was really sticky. I want to reiterate that the staff was good and so was the food, but until this location is given an update we will not be visiting it. I hate to leave negative reviews and really try to be fair about them. Food and friendliness can only take you so far. But I cannot possibly recommend this location until the ownership invests into fixing and cleaning up this location.

100% great. Fast fresh and cozy. Had prime rib on Friday night. The waitress was on the spot. I will definitely go back.
