We got the empanadas and omg they were so amazing! If you, like me, are used to South American style empanadas (think Uruguay, Chile, Argentina), there are different, but 100% amazing and worth the try!

Silva's Taqueria is the place to go for flavorful Oaxacan Food. The Tlayudas with Carne Asada, Black Beans, Cabbage, Oaxacan Cheese, Guacamole, Salsa, and Cilantro on a Large Homemade Tortilla are fantastic. The Gorditas are three mouth-watering Sandwiches filled with tender Pork, Pinto Beans, Lettuce, Queso Fresco, Tomato, Avocado, and Cilantro. This dish is easy to share. The Red Salsa is a beautiful deep rich red and tastes amazing. Free parking and covered outside seating.

Excellent food! Stumbled upon the food truck on a rainy day and it was exactly the lunch I didn't know I needed. Really friendly staff and a nice sit. Friendly street area is really a wonderful sitting experience.
