Bad attitude. We ordered the garlic cheese knots also. They were burnt. When I asked for them to be remade because they were burnt. The server said nothing no apology or sorry about that or sorry about the additional wait. When the server brought the new order of cheese knots she didn’t say a word. Just set them on our table. I said thank you. She still said nothing. Both employees I dealt with were entitled and rude. I will not be coming back. Extremely poor customer service. F-

Came in for the first time, I ordered a large pep and a cheesy garlic bread. They where both fantastic.What really stood apart was that I accidentally lathered my pie with powdered sugar instead of parmesan...I told the lady at the counter what an idiot I was and she insisted on making me another pie. It was my fault, clearly and I told them that it wasn't necessary to replace it but the employee made a point to make sure i had a good experience. As a customer that means a lot. I'll definitely be back.

Pizza is pretty damn good. Drinks and service. Top notch. BUT! 3 nights a week karaoke is absolutely horrible! Way too loud and the most off-key singing imaginable! One night wouldn't be so bad but 3 nights is overwhelming to the neighborhood. Too loud; too off-key; too often+
After being asked by various neighbors many times, Slice continues to blast their karaoke until 10 (and often later) twice a week, plus shows on other nights. It’s ridiculously disrespectful to other businesses and people living in the neighborhood. We can hear every word of every song for a minimum 10 hours every week, plus more when they have other shows (which is often multiple other nights per week). Most weeks it’s closer to 20 hours. We can no longer sit on the patio of Meiji/Junglefowl and enjoy a drink anytime that Slice has something going on, because you can’t hear yourself think, let alone talk. When doing schoolwork from home, I have to put on giant noise-cancelling headphones because it’s so loud. I’m not even an old cranky person… I can enjoy a good party and loud music… but c’mon… at this rate all your customers will be deaf in five years. Bad business plan, bad neighbors. Boo. Since Slice has been unresponsive to requests to lower their volume, we will have to take it to the city. I have friends who go to karaoke here (friends who DON’T live in the neighbor, lol) and I don’t want them to lose their karaoke ritual, nor for Slice to lose business… just turn it down for godsake… everyone will still be able to hear it who actually wants to hear it!
Come for the karaoke stay for the pizza! Or the other way around, no matter… Eat, drink, sing, and be married! This place has one of the most engaged and supportive, karaoke, communities around! Easily, my favorite place in town to be on a Thursday night! But come early, Geff starts at six and we are done by 10!

Super supportive and fun crowd - we always get up and dance with each other to upbeat old fav songs..we singalong just a total blast with great folks. Geoff the KJ is fantastic; he often sings some awesome and funny songs, and sings them well. I love the food, too!! Thanks Slice for hosting such a fun time every week!

I absolutely love Slice. They helped me get through Covid and some really hard times. There’s a great community of friends who welcome you with open arms. The staff is always smiling and making great food. The food is awesome best cheese bread in town. The Brussels sprout pizza is my favorite, who knew!Slice is a big part of this community. They provide a safe space for families, and young adults. There aren’t enough places in Eugene for young adults. Slice provides this and helps keep the Naighbor hood alive.Thank you Slice!

We love this place! The outside area is really lovely in the nice weather! We absolutely love karaoke nights, and wish they had more! It's such a bummer it has.to end so early at 10pm and that it's only 2 nights a week. As a parent it's great to have a place to go out with the kiddo and blow off a little steam, get some good pizza and bring the kiddo. The staff is great and the vibe is fabulous!

Seems a little ghetto they have table set up in the roadw. Seems very unsafe imagine getting hit by a car as you’re eating with your family
