The tall, chubby lady with glasses is rude and unprofessional, and should be fired. Just because you don’t feel like talking in the morning and responding to their fake greetings or leadings doesn’t mean that they need to harass you and barrage you with greetings after you don’t reply the initial time like it’s morning I don’t feel like talking leave me alone serve my coffee.

The employees are friendly but the americano wasn't hot, the tables were dirty and two employees had long hair dangling, one all over her face. There's a sign for hiring a supervisor. They need one, it seems.

This Starbucks gave me a lukewarm watery chai latte. It was not drinkable. Was supposed to be hot and and I got the impression that they pored cold milk into the cup without heating it. They were also out of several items.

It's absolutely ridiculous that this Starbucks and every other Starbucks in the U.S. still charges a 70 to 80 cents surcharge for plant-based milks! You are excluding many of your customers who don't want to give their money to dairy cruelty! They don't want to give their money to an industry that contributes to the climate crisis and pollutes our waterways and needlessly kills tens of billions of cows annually!END THE SURCHARGE!

I ordered a tall decaf coffee for my Grandma. When I got to her assisted place of living. I noticed it was very light. When I opened the lid. Almost half of her cup was empty. This situation reminds me why I stopped going years ago. My ice coffee was full. The coffee cups you can't see through, are not.

I went through the drive thru of this Starbucks on my birthday and asked for a mystery flavored Frappuccino with no fruit flavoring. The barista who made me my drink was so nice and made me a drink that tastes so good. It had cinnamon caramel and extra caramel drizzle in. I didn't catch her name but I believe she had a pink streak in her hair, she is fantastic. Thank you so much Starbucks
