Good store. Well run. I’m a people watcher. You can catch Matt the GM doing a lot of the grunt work & cleaning that is above his pay grade which shows a lot of leadership. I approve of this store.

I was in there earlier today waiting for my order.. a gentleman came in who was having some kind of mental health crisis and asked staff to call for help.. they called right away and told the gentleman to have a seat and wait.. while waiting they provided him with something to drink and a food item. They showed xtreme compassion for this gentleman..

I currently do not go to Starbucks due to the boycott from Starbucks giving money to support the genocide of those living in the Gaza Strip BUT! Continue reading for my past visit experiences. This is a union Starbucks- love it, great, fantastic. The staff is friendly and kind. They go out of their way to make sure I'm happy and my drink is good. It's hard to get the shaken espresso good from other Starbucks as the drink is rarely shaken enough now that it's so popular and takes time to make. They always make it right.Starbucks no longer has a comfy atmosphere inside like they did five years ago, no comfy couch chairs. But I like it inside here as well. The tables are cleaned regularly and I can often sit for a few hours to work- wifi is good and there are a few outlets.Parking: Free lot with about fifteen spots that wraps around the building. I've never had issues finding a spot

STOPPutting a package with a fork in it that multiple people's hands have touched inside a package of food! It's gross and unsanitary.A lot of people touch those packages shoving em into the container ....they don't sanitise their hands first !and then you grab them after touching money! And then you put it on top of my food! touching my food? Seriously think !do better!

100000/10 for ANNA! My peppermint iced white mocha was made beautifully. Tastes absolutely divine. Anna deserves a raise. THATS ON PERIODT

Worst service ever — when they are actually working. This location is almost always closed or picketing out front. When they actually work, you can tell the workers here hate their jobs and are cold and unfriendly. We get it, you hate your job, but please move on and go somewhere else if Starbucks is so bad to work for. Stop taking it out on the customers and ruining our experience.

This is by far the worst Starbucks in Eugene. The drinks are usually disappointing. $6 a drink is not worth it here. Several times I have been craving a signature drink, and with this location, the flavor is always off. The location is usually on strike or shut down for one reason or another. When they are open the lines have been extremely long numerous times. This is clearly a management/employee problem that does not seems to be getting addressed.

I'll start by saying I love Starbucks, even though it's a big chain. The food, drinks and ambiance are great, but the customer service at this location is atrocious. They've managed to hire the largest group of unhappy people I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. Between the striking and the cold customer service, it makes me wonder why these people just don't go work somewhere else if they're so miserable. The only people you're truly punishing is the customer.

A nice Starbucks, lots of seating. I like strong coffee so order dark roast. Often that means a pour over which is fine by me. This time the barista asked if I’d be getting a refill. I said probably so he brewed a pot so that he’d have a refill for me. Nice!

It's absolutely ridiculous that this Starbucks and every other Starbucks in the U.S. still charges a 70 to 80 cents surcharge for plant-based milks! You are excluding many of your customers who don't want to give their money to dairy cruelty! They don't want to give their money to an industry that contributes to the climate crisis and pollutes our waterways and needlessly kills tens of billions of cows annually!END THE SURCHARGE!

I was waiting to order and I saw one of the employees, heavier set male, as he was making someone's drink some went down the side and he swooped it with his finger and had a taste, then put a lid on and called it out. Covid was only a couple of years ago and people stopped wearing masks for it, but they should have them masked so they aren't Taste Testin. I didn't really want coffee after seeing that....not from any Starbucks.
