Have been going to Subos since 2016. Food is always good. Originally, I went to Springfield, but they closed down a year ago, so I have been going to Willamette. Great customer service, ingredients always fresh. It's a bit pricey, which could have to do with the amount of ingredients they use. I am really bummed they stopped incorporating seaweed salad in their burittos and took it away as an option. The "field greens" detract from the sushi feel for me. I know not everyone liked the seaweed salad, but for me, it was a letdown, plus they kept prices the same despite ingredient changes. Haven't tried their fried food or other dishes, but from what I've seen, looks really good.

The food is great but the overall restaurant and facility has taken a dive. I've been going here for years but as of recent, they are not open when they say they are but they will accept your online orders and then make it an absolute pain to try and get a refund. They never answer the phone and their hours of operation are not true.It's frustrating as a consumer to have to jump through hoops and get a run around for your orders. Overall, the food is good but the business practice is in the dumpster.

This is by FAR one of the best sushi places in the area! I absolutely adore their sushi burritos and poke bowls! Every time I go in their workers are very kind, and the store seems very chill. I doordash from here a LOT because the food is so good and fresh!

I really enjoyed Subo Sushi Burritos. This is such a cool spot. I love the idea of sushi but in burrito form. I got one of the specialty burritos which was around 18$. The other ones were around 15$. For the size and amount of fillings they give you this is a great price. They did not skimp. The burrito was huge. The ingredients tasted really high quality and fresh. I also loved their sauce options. I got the spicy mayo and sweet soy which really added to the flavors. Inside there was limited seating but they did have a few tables. Great for takeout or dine in! Employees were really friendly. They take orders on their website and by phone. Also Grubhub and maybe some other food delivery service apps? Would definitely recommend trying this place out. Will impress your friends!
