This location seems to mess up my order every single time :/The people there seem relatively nice, no big issues in terms of treatment, but it's disappointing. After the third messed up order I called and the manager offered a free remake. I called to have them remake it and told them what I needed... They still messed it up? Which just leaves me to conclude that I shouldn't go to this location any more. Which is unfortunate since I live right down the street. ?I'd say go here if you're looking for something easy but don't super care about the quality.

#4 Supreme Meats. 6 inches of love, baby. One woman behind the counter. Working like a professional. Her work ethic should set the bar for this franchise. Friendly, gracious, exuberant. She sandwiched me in the manner of the Old School Italian jernts in Jersey. Good smile, too. She is quick. She is efficient. Right now Subway is a good place to go to. Invest a little more money in your people, (hire more competent humans with enthusiasms and pay them well) and Subway could rise to the top. Remember, in this type of business it is the people who work here and deal with the public that sets the bar for success. While you are at it, give this woman a well deserved raise, and holiday bonus.

(6/3/23) Wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy... I ordered avocado (which is like $2.30ish or less extra) didn't get it, neither of my subs were toasted at all, which I ordered... I'm just disappointed by this location at this point. Coming from a fellow downtown worker ..... Do better! This is the 3rd time I've tried this location since it's just SO close to my house... I'm over it. Y'all are disappointing... Thanks for making me cry after 13 hours of customer service work from hell .... I mean it's Subway... I've worked here before, it's really not that hard specially online orders. I got all this extra stuff spent more than ever on my sandwich just to cry....... I hate all of you, I'm lighting a BLACK candle for this location.

This Subway on Hilyard Street is the best Subway I have ever purchased from. I placed 2 different, very large orders in the last two weeks and both times everything was perfect. N. and B. in management did a great job of creating the huge amount of box lunches with perfection. They did not skimp on ingredients as some places do on big orders and they communicated well and both orders were ready on time. If you have a big order, this is the place to go.Dietary restrictions: There are Protein bowls 'No Bread Bowls' for those are gluten-free.
