The employees here are great and have been for the decade+ that I’ve been going here. Unfortunately the portions have dropped substantially and I can’t believe I paid $5+ for specialities (Crunchwrap, cheesy Gordita crunch) that had less than a small handful of beef in them. I won’t be coming back as that’s a huge ripoff. My money would be better spent literally anywhere else that I can imagine. Like I literally cannot come up with a restaurant that gives so little. French gourmet would’ve served me more for what I paid, no exaggeration.

Took a little while and the crew could have been a bit kinder. Would probably go back however.

Worse experience I have ever had in a fast food drive-through. I don't know if the person was having a bad day, but I was literally yelled at. Will not be coming to this location again.

1 Star fits. The lady at the counter was nice. However the staff in the kitchen, who made themselves very very known to me were rude, and my food was cold. They decided it'd be funny to make fun of my name and tell me that it means something nasty in Spanish, spent the entire time I was there giggling about it, and then refused to tell me what it meant.Felt very unwelcome.I donate plasma nearby, and stopped in for something afterwards.Very very unlikely that I'll go back to this location.

Cory was the best service I have had in a long time. He was personable and funny ?and made sure our order was right. The food was top-notch as well, so kudos to the kitchen staff.Vegetarian options: Potato soft tacos (add rice and thank me later), cheezy bean and rice burritos ? and bean burritos, all minus any dairy of course (fresco if you like the tomato addition)

UPDATE (2/7/24): I don't know if the workers were new or something, but not only did I recieve the wrong burrito, it barely qualified as a burrito. There was more tortilla than filling. Aside from that, the food took longer than usual to be made. This place used to be one of my favorite spots, but the current workers absolutely killed it. This was not worth the money. (If you see the photo I added, that was supposed to be a double beef burrito, which in the end, wasn't even that. Plus, it was tiny, as you can see.)[Outdated down below]I LOVE IT. It's the best place to go to when you are craving steaming, juicy, beef wrapped in a tortilla, plus nachos scattered in the inside the glorious burrito. And then the nacho tasting fries with a delicious side of creamy cheese. I just love Tacobell.

Not the best, but not the worst. They do tend to get order specifics wrong, but there are a few members of this staff that are absolutely amazing! That being said, that are a few that are just too rude for customer service. Those type of people need to find different jobs ??

Edit to add: they are violating Oregon senate Bill 1565. They HAVE to take cash. They have been quote "locked out" of their registers and expect someone, like my husband who has been in jail/prison, to use a Kiosk under force without another option to order. The Manager or whoever told us that the registers have been locked out for a WHILE was extremely rude. I'm definitely calling corporate tomorrow to complain. And they don't have a sign saying that they are locked out of their registers. If I could give zero stars I would.

Again, food is fine, taste exactly how you would expect taco bell to taste like. However the franchise owner is blatantly price gouging. The Taco Bells in Eugene all charge more than franchise locations in San Francisco and LA. Additionally the markups are inconsistent with some items being marked up by more than 50%What's funny is that if you go across the 5 freeway to one of the Springfield locations, everything is cheaper by 1-2$

The employees are always really nice when I go and if I ever ask bout certain items that were taken off menu they are helpful and polite even though they hear the same questions probably hundreds of times... now don't be a Karen to them... nobody likes people being a Karen.Wheelchair accessibility: Super handicap accessible
