OMG, I had the Carnitas taco. I have never tasted such a great taste! Highly recommend!
The tacos are mediocre at best. Not very flavorful. There is more authentic, flavorful Mexican food available a block away at El Buen Sabor and El Rancho.

Tacos were AMAZING! I had a fried mushroom taco, and the daily special - grilled octopus. Don't sleep on the mushroom taco, it was a crispy and delightful flavor bomb! I tried my friends crispy taco, and it's a far cry from Taco Bell, super delicious and a far more complex flavor. Her classic margarita was just the perfect amount of sour to offset the rich tacos, and my Drink of the Gods was everything I wanted in a boozy horchata. Service was quick and friendly. The patio was nicely shaded. If you're a little punk like I am, the bathroom will make you smile.

Here is a real honest review, I’ve been here a few times when I’m headed through Eugene. The food is painfully MEDIOCRE for the price. I eat a lot of tacos from local Mexican families and compared to those places Tacovore does not stand a chance both in price and food quality. I will give them points for the margaritas as they were pretty good but again, overpriced for what you get. We ordered carne asada tacos, Old E tacos and fish tacos. The old E might as well have been from Taco Bell. The carne asada tacos had a big glob of guacamole on one side of the taco and it was hard to spread evenly so you just get a huge bite of guac and nothing else. The fish tacos were worse than Del taco’s tbh. Very bland and uninteresting so I’d recommend just about anywhere else to eat especially if you like getting your Mexican food from real Mexicans.

This restaurant desperately needs a manager :( the waitress/servers (a short girl with brownish hair / side bangs and a taller girl with long blondish hair and glasses) left our food sitting in the window until it was soggy and cold. They were just chatting amongst themselves ignoring customers. The food was good (even cold!) but we won't be back for some time until management hopefully steps in.
