Looking for the Americanized Southern Italian experience? A definite step up from Olive Garden and lands in the same price point. Stick with the pasta, red sauce, meatballs and caesar salad and you will jot be disappointed.

Wife really wanted to try this place because she's seen it in other towns. We got sat in a train car with our daughters loved. Our server was fun and nice. We started with calamari that was very good and not overcooked. We all ordered entrees. Wife got there special of chicken breast with spaghetti and a topping that I can't recall the name of. I got the chicken fettuccine and our daughter got clam sauce with spaghetti. Our youngest got butter noodles. It comes with soup or salad and bread. Also ice cream at the end. All included with your entree. The food was really good. I feel it was worth the $20ish dollars per plate. We had some cocktails that also hit the spot nicely. We will try it again when traveling for sure.

Came in about a week ago, best experience I've had in a restaurant in Eugene by far. Reservations are the way to go as they are super busy. Made a reservation and my group was immediately sat in the wine room. Greeters and managers were friendly as soon as we entered! Our waitress Sonya was excellent. Even though they were busy, she made plenty time to run everything to the table and make conversation. Not to mention, the location was beautiful. Food was great and came out warm...should be standard but not so much in Eugene... Will be back! Thank you!

My office came in for lunch recently and had a terrible service experience. The server forgot to put our food orders in..we were waiting for an hour and I had to go find our server cuz he never checked in on us, never filled any drinks, never took salad/soup bowls away. We had to box up our food to go and no one got ice cream. No discount on the bill as a courtesy and the server tried to play it off like if he had “known we had a time limit” he would have noted that. I could maybe understand if the place was packed but it was literally dead and a couple other tables got to dessert all while we sat with our empty salad plates. The day time staff needs MUCH better training..

There's an OSF in my hometown of Fullerton that I enjoyed visiting on occasion, as well as a few others in SoCal. They've been in Fullerton for decades, next to the train station with a similar feel to the one here in Eugene. The ambiance is so very standard and lovely, as expected with this family owned and ran restaurant. My spouse and I came here before a show at the Hult. The place was packed with an hour wait (highly recommend reservations, it is a major time saver!). I've always loved the eclectic and unique attention to detail the OSF uses for their restaurants. The food is OK, nothing to celebrate as impeccable, but some of the ravioli dishes are good! Their sangria was basically fruit juice with wine flavoring (I am more of a traditional sangria person, but for those who love sweet sangria, give it a try). Their beer and wine selection is decent, too. I highly recommend the Sicilian Garlic cheese bread...so good! It's a place you go for the fun setting, very family-friendly vibe. I'm glad they made it to Eugene!

We went here for a Birthday party of I would say 20. They got us all in, seated, and drinks right away. Orders a little slower, not their fault, that is because members of our party trickled in late. Our appetizers we didn't have to wait to long for. They got there super fast while we waited for everyone to show up. Fried ravioli, bread sticks, and artichoke dip. For the main meal I had the lobster ravioli, and my guy had the 3 meat combo. I believe that is what it was. Everything was delicious. They brought out dessert, I was too full to eat it. I couldn't even finish my meal. I was bummed, I forgot my left overs. Will be back again some time. Tried a bite of the mushroom ravioli, I think I liked that better than the lobster. Will have to order that one next. I forgot to take pics.

The Old Pasta Factory was a great find. I have stayed at the Graduate several times but have not stopped by this Italian restaurant and I must say I was missing out. My friends had some lemon drops and they were impressed. The food, beverages, and service was impressive. I will definitely stop by on my next visit to Eugene.

I ordered the chicken, broccoli, and mushroom Alfredo and received my food with no Alfredo sauce at all.Besides that there was no type of seasoning at all, not even salt….Truly tragic

Old Spaghetti Factory pick an outstanding location in Eugene to extend their style of hospitality.Made reservations and went on a Friday night with a group of eight. The place was bustling to say the least. Proper recognition needs to go to the CDC that is running the brigade in the kitchen and to whoever is running the front of the house. As busy as it was, I did not witness one panicked or stressed server. Very well done. Everyone there should be proud of what you are accomplishing.Of course, the food was great too.Thank you for a wonder dining experience.

We were excited to check this place out! The food was bland and oddly sweet. The service was so poor we had to ask for things multiple times. Our soup and salad came out after the entree. We won’t be going back.
