Don't waste your time. Complete disappointment.There are WAAAY better burgers for the exact same price within 4 blocks of this place. If things were half the price, you might be getting what you pay for. There is no reason you should bother wasting your time "trying" it out.This place is skimpy and expensive.I really wanted to like it. I really did. I live and work nearby so it would have been awesome to have a new spot. Instead it was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to leave this review to warn other people.

Full disclosure I did win a free burger on one of their Facebook giveaways. That said I was so pleasantly supprised!! The house made buns are better than other local burger places with house made buns. I was unsure about the lemon zest fries at first but they are so good! Also they include fries with the burger!! The customer service was great and they even packaged my burger in pieces so that I could put it together when I got home and didn't have a soggy bun. Not to mention they opened this place in the middle of the pandemic! Good job guys!! We will be back for sure!!

Awful experience. Party of 6, spent $122 on burgers. Not that I mind, especially if the experience was good. This wasn't. Food was mediocre at best, and almost every item ordered was either incorrect or was shorted condiments (even when specific comments were on each item ordered, and in some cases items were charged add-ons). 3-4 mayos missing, ketchups missing, and for mustard all they give you are these little cups full of mustard seeds. One of my guests had a completely dry burger because there was nothing left to put on it. For $122, that's ridiculous. All of our drinks were missing as well. I called the restaurant right away to follow up...they answered "Off the Waffle!" and then seconds later "Oh...and TheseBurgers" as an afterthought. What restaurant are they, really? They said they didn't serve beverages anymore due to COVID and that'd I'd be refunded for the drinks. I was never told that upfront, and I never got a refund. Awful, awful, awful experience. They'll forever in my mind be THOSEburgers.

BEST BURGER I’ve ever had!!!! I’m not big on burgers because the ground beef in most burgers gross me out, but I could tell RIGHT AWAY the quality of the beef was OUTSTANDING!!!! The homemade bun was delicious! Tons of toppings on the burger plus fries for only $13!

The only reason I'm rating two stars is due to the fact that I happened to get my lunch for free, using a limited-time promo code.Theseburgers is a concept added to the already-meh Off the Waffle, no doubt as a way to help sales after controversial remarks by the owner, paired with an ongoing pandemic, likely tanked sales.I ordered an "Off the burger" with tomato and a sunny-side up egg, opted for curbside pickup, and was promised an experience like no other. Each burger comes with a half-pound(!) of lemon-tinged fries. Upon arriving at the restaurant, in which absolutely nobody was socially distancing, my partner and I sat at an outside table after giving our names. We were told that our patties were just being dropped on the grill, despite putting in our order 30 minutes prior, and that it would be 5 minutes. I thanked them and let them know where we would be, and they nodded, and called another customer forward.5 minutes came and went, and small delays are fine. It took nearly 20 minutes more to get our pre-placed order. My partner and I began the short 5-minute walk home, bags of food in hand.Upon opening the bag, I had noticed two things: first, the burger was not assembled. Second, this wasn't my burger. There was no tomato, and there was enough avocado on my burger to make a small side bowl of guacamole. The fries were limp and lukewarm, and barely tasted of anything but under-temp oil. The bun was steamed through and slightly damp, and the amount of produce was negligible.Theseburgers? Keep sourcing your beef from wherever it comes from. The patty was cooked just right, and was delicious.It's just too bad everything else was terrible.

The portions are large, but not quite enough value for the money compared with other local or chain offerings.The fries were soggy and greasy; I've encountered this when cooking fries with oil that was under temp. Bring the oil temp up and they'll be better. They're undersalted and don't have enough lemon zest, so they ended up just tasting like peanut oil and black pepper.The burger itself was an umami bomb - and not in the good way. There was no balance to the flavors. Each ingredient was excellent, and in particular I want to know where to get those pickles, but there were only two pieces of lettuce and no noticeable tomato at all.My girlfriend ordered the Off The Burger. The pork belly was overcooked and almost indistinguishable, there was far too much avocado, and the egg was overcooked.The beef was very high quality, and tasted great. However, the overwhelming amount of umami without any light, bright flavors resulted in an unbalanced meal. It blew out my tastebuds, frankly. Instead of a lot of flavor, the end result was a bland meal. It was like mixing too many colors of paint together: you just get a muddy brown. None of the complexity of the various ingredients shined through, and I do not plan to return.Go to Killer Burger instead, or if you can drive a few minutes, Little Big Burger is much better.

We tried Theseburgers special tonight..2 burgers and 2 beers for $25. Amazing deal...but the food is worth the regular price. All fresh ingredients...haven't been impressed with all ingredients included in a long time. Amazing bacon. Great portions. Wonderful staff. We will be becoming regulars for our burger craving for sure.

2 burger, with the included fries, satisfied the bellies of two adults and a 6 year old. Burger was a good size as were the fries for the price. Burger flavor was a bit missing but fries were delicious. Buns were different and seemed a bit doughy but after a toasting, which one should always do to ones buns, all was good. We’d return to to table for theseburgers. Ordered online, easy pick up. Thankfully employees were wearing mask, because we live in the upside down now.
