We showed up almost a half hour before closing time (4pm) and was informed by a female staffer that they can no longer make hot sandwiches after 3:30. We were here at 3:35. I said you cant make a sandwich in 25 minutes? She said, I told you no hot sandwiches after 3:30. She was completely rude and needs to be removed from her public facing position. I will no longer give Togo's a single penny until this human is removed from the brand. So sad, I eat Togo's 3 times a week. NO MORE ?♂️

My bread was soo chewy like it was microwaved. I had to dump out the sandwich filling and eat it with a fork. maybe it's because it was 30 minutes til closing. Won't be back.

Great location with friendly staff and plenty of seating. Easy downtown location, (located inside of Dark Pine Coffee). Location is clean and service is fast.

Love the pastrami sandwiches and it's much better than most sub shops. My only complaint would be that the bread seems too thick for the kids meal sandwiches but it's still good!
