This place is terrible and has a funny odor. Not sure if it's the food or the building. Service was slow and unfriendly. I actually got sick after eating here. Would not recommend!

Incredible food with beautiful presentation. Delicious cocktails and lovely plant filled ambiance. The chef here has an amazing talent with subtle and nuanced flavor. Highly recommend.

Just put away the many leftover from a takeout of Michael's baby back ribs. Gotta check in about it. The ribs that appeared with my order were a true meaty half rack, enough for two generous meals for me, seasoned and finished just right. The huge salad was fresh and the dressing tasty. The vegetable roll was not only tasty, but again there was a ton of it for leftovers.

Delightful hard working staff full of love for food and service and it shows! Die for ribs with awesome sushi?

The fishy sushi smell was a little off-putting, but the tiki drinks and atmosphere made up for it.

What a gem! Uki Uki is a great place for small plates and sushi. The food and drinks are delicious, reasonably priced, and unique. The sushi is fresh and perfectly presented by chef Michael. I especially enjoyed the torched cured trout with hazelnut miso! Staff is cheerful and attentive and the interior decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend Uki Uki- you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic! We love Uki Uki. The best meal we've had in a long time set in a most enjoyable restaurant. Chef Mike is the Master of Sushi and his homemade kimchi is the best ever.

Fantastic is the word for this most exciting edition to Downtown Eugene. Chef owner Mike is a wizard. We began our special evening with the best kimchi we've ever tasted. Onigiri here is a work of art and tastes like a masterpiece. Go with the chef's choice sushi ... in a word ... spectacular. Save room for desert. Hard to believe there was no dairy in the sticky rice mango desert that ended a perfect evening. Did I mention the cocktails? Each one is award winning. Uki Uki is a must if you live, work or visit Eugene. One of the best meals we've experienced in months. We'll be back soon for seconds.

Simply delicious. Also great choices for those who chose not to drink. A+

A wonderful ambiance with delicious and artistically presented food. The sushi creations are unique, I’ve never had the opportunity to have the type of options presented here. We had the tasting menu and it was well worth it. The service was with a smile, very sweet, knowledgeable and a whimsical sense of humor. I just love it love it and would bring someone here for a rare experience!

I have been here numerous times. Amazing service. Quality at the highest level. Caring owners that clearly have hired staff that embody the same mentality. Sushi that is both classic and yet creative. Gorgeous in all ways.

AMAZING. I’m in Oregon for the first time in my life. I grew up in the Bay Area, CA, and have had lots of good, expensive sushi in my life - had the menu taster here and its absolutely worth it. The owners are wonderful and kind people and the fish is fresh. Tiki drinks are great and the decorations are wonderful. Bathroom is absolutely selfie perfect.

10:10 will be back to try the tasting menu, a friend pulled us over last minute to try his favorite; a hazelnut ocean trout, it was next level. I wish I could make it back in time to try the New Years tasting menu!

Well I'd love to give a star but I didn't actually get a chance to try anything...not even water. My son and I sat at the bar after a delicious meal at Noodle Bowl. Try Noodle Bowl, it's fantastic. As I was saying we sat at the bar. The place was not more than 75% full so there was zero pressure on the apparently 4 people working the shift. There were three people working behind the bar, two dudes and a woman. The woman appeared to be the bartender. The other two seemed busy cutting pineapple and organizing the back bar area. Customers seemed to be out of their sphere of attention. We were greeted when we walked in. We sat down and other than a 'be right with you' from the waitress we were ignored...completely. After sitting for 15 minutes we got up and left. Sad thing is I had pointed this place out to my son the day earlier that I wanted to give it a go. That go has gone. I would've wanted to try the food and the tiki drinks in interesting glasses, but will never get the chance. Someone, anyone should've stepped up and done something. There's nothing worse than someone disappointed in a business, we tell everyone never to go. Good luck Uki Uki. BTW they are making me give a rating. Get nothing, give nothing. Anyone reading my review this would be a zero except for yelp policy.
