Came in for the lunch rush and ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger but the Bacon was forgotten as you can see in the photo. The Bourbon sauce was tangy and creamy, complimented the burger well with the Onion Rings. Had a share of the Chili Cheese Tots and didn't quite like the taste of the chili it was a little on the sweet side for me but some people like that. There's no fries or tots or drinks even included with the burgers so be prepared to pay extra for that to have a full complete meal.Overall not a bad experience even if the burger was missing toppings. A little far from downtown Eugene but right off the Beltline freeway so just a quick drive from downtown if your there.

We ordered takeout with a future time for the order. Went on with our business and showed up to the restaurant to get our meal. The bag had obviously been there for a while. I estimate from the time I put our order in, which was nearly an hour till pickup., as the bag was grease lined and looked disgusting.Needless to say, we took it home and opened the bag to find all of the food ice cold.In hopes of a great customer service experience, I called the restaurant to, to which I got a rude kid who answered the phone and refused to help me unless I went back to the restaurant to resolve the claim.It was not convenient for me, so I asked for his name, which he refused to give. I then asked for the managers name, which he also refused to give.Customers don't matter to this establishment. If you order from here, plan to eat there, maybe it would be a delicious experience.

Darn good food, worth a try if you’ve never eaten here before. We like Wayback’s burgers and fries quite a bit. With a bit more effort they could easily make 5 stars for food.Service is only a 4 because once they accidentally gave away our take out order (they did make our food again, but didn’t give a discount or extras for the inconvenience).We don’t dine in here, but the atmosphere is average. It’s what you’d expect.All in all, this is a very good place to eat!

Always full of happy customers and busy with people picking up orders that they called in.
Spent over $65 for 2 adults and 2 kids for lunch. I was expecting more flavorful hamburgers for that price. In & Out and Wendy's make a better burger. The meat patty itself was flavorless. Fries were freshly made but kind of soggy. The shakes were very expensive and nothing to call home about. I would say the experience was OK, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Excellent burgers and excellent service. We're not from that area and had never heard of this place before but were starving. The menu board was easy to read and understand and the staff were welcoming and patient as we made our decisions. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Cleanliness is definitely a focus and it shows. Quality is also a focus and it shows. We were more than pleased with our burgers and left happily satisfying our hunger. The music playing was upbeat and was a nice background for our lunch. You know how sometimes when you get your food and you know it's going to be "that good" and you kind of do a happy dance in your seat and then it is "that good" and you do a little happy dance, again, as you eat .. well this place is "that good" and the music they play is the soundtrack.Go check them out!
