The owners and staff are hard working professionals that offer one of the largest and most diverse menus in Forest Grove. They care about the history of the restaurant building while adding a unique new atmosphere. Very family friendly.

I’ve been here twice for eating lunch, their pasta is superb. Nice selection of liquor as well. I’ve also picked up for DoorDash/UberEats. The owner is super nice and ensures you are happy with your dish and will do anything to fix it if there is something wrong. I’ve never had anything wrong with my food. Highly recommend for a lunch!Parking: You can park right in the street in the front if available. Otherwise there’s a free public parking lot behind it and it even has two ChargePoint EV chargers owned by the WellsFargo.Wheelchair accessibility: There is disabled parking on the street.

The vibe is great. The people are great. And the menu is super appetizing. But the food itself is imbalanced and not great. Our tempura avocado was drenched in so much sauce we had to scrape it off. (The sauce was also overly spicy for an aioli.. almost unbearable) The salmon tacos were bland with so much lettuce and tomato I thought we mistakenly ordered a salad. The saving grace was the pasta, which was okay. Udon instead of pasta was actually cool. But still, the amount of bacon was a bit overpowering.Overall, it just felt like they went overboard in the wrong places. A lot of potential. Lack of execution I feel. But the menu is interesting enough that I might try them again learning from my first try.

Overpriced and mediocre. The only place in all of Forest Grove that serves a burger without offering any sort of side and they don't even have the best burgers in town. And the draft beers are almost 9$. You can go 1 block from there and get a better burger that comes with the same fries bites serves for a cheaper price and the burgers are better. Meaning Ridgewalker brewing. And the draft beers are only 6-7$ at several breweries around town including better food. Meaning Growler Garage has better beer and great paninis. The point being that the food at Bites is Overpriced, mediocre, and a ripoff. Not the most consistent either. Won't be wasting my money with Bites restaurant. Oh yeah and almost 14$ for 2 tacos when we have 4 other places in town that serve more authentic tacos for 2.50$ a piece. Nice try Bites.

I have eaten here 738 times in my life. The food is great fusion food, maximizing flavor. The service is affable and the wait times are minimal. The atmosphere is welcoming and quick. The selection of beverages is vast, and so is the possibility of what meal you will eat. The only thing that might have reduced my experience eating here is this pesky fly flittering around, but I am wise and do not attribute acts of nature to the quality of service at a small business.

My only question about this restaurant is why I’m able to come in and get a seat any time I show up. It is consistently amazing fusion food and outstanding friendly service. It deserves to have every seat filled and a line out on Main St. waiting to get in.

Came here to try the burger at lunchtime 2/29/2024. I noticed that they had a Chicken Teriyaki Burger. Apparently, this is a chicken sandwich, so I asked to substitute a beef patty. It was not too difficult, but that did not happen. That is not the reason for the 3 stars. When I received my sandwich, the chicken "breast" was super thin and way overcooked. Not the end of the world. But also on the sandwich was a small square piece of chicken that was completely separate from the breast. This piece was inedible and so overcooked that shoe leather would have been easier to bite through. My only question is, did you think I wouldn't notice? I didn't want to send it back. Either way, it wasn't the best experience. The service was great, and the fries were great, though.
