We went for a late lunch/ early dinner. Our first server was great and friendly. Mid meal shifts changed and the new gal never even came to our table, she just stayed at the bar. Other than that, the food was ok (roast beef was a little dry), but food and drinks are both decently priced. Alot goes on at this place, its kid friendly, but check their FB for current events, they have something for everyone.

We went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, 3 of us. There were 3 other tables with people. There was one waitress. She was great, in fact, she is the only reason I'm giving any stars, at all! We ordered fried zucchini for an appetizer, a club house sandwich with onion rings and 2 orders of steak bites with fries. It took a really long time to get the appetizer, but the fried zucchini was good. The rest of our meal came and was pretty terrible. Our lunch with tip was $80 and the steak bites were flavorless and so overcooked they were crunchy! The fries were okay. The club house sandwich was so hard it was painful to eat and most of it was left. The onion rings were good. We definitely will not go back here for food.

My adult children I have been going here for many years, and I absolutely love to come in for hamburgers and salads and hot wings. I don’t know what has happened but the food was absolutely disappointing. My chicken wings were bloody. There was a huge hair in my food. Some new waitress kept on coming over and giving us other people‘s meals and wasn’t very friendly. I have always had wonderful experience here but this time around it was awful. They did remake my food, but I was too nauseated to even eat it. I heard that they made a bunch of changes here and if those are the changes, me and my family will not be back.

Almost ever single time I order take out I’m either missing something or the food wasn’t prepared according to the menu.For example, last night I ordered a chicken taco salad with no green onions.On the menu it says the taco salad comes with choice of chicken or beef in a house made shell, cheese, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, green onion, sour cream and salsa.I got a a taco salad with lettuce tomato, chicken, jalapeños, sour cream and salsa. And over half the salad was jalapeños. Took a huge bite not noticing the jalapeños because they were in the bottom.As you can imagine, I was coughing and choking. Ended up throwing the salad away and going somewhere else.You should probably warn somebody that you’re putting a spicy ingredient in their food, especially since that is not an ingredient listed on the taco salad.I have tried really hard to like this place. But this was the last straw. I will not be back.

Poor customer service. Barely got water. Waitress walked by multiple times and never said anything after that. This place is supposed to be a bar but seems more like a chunk e cheese. They allow kids in until a certain time. Kids are running around and screaming. Don’t know how the food is cause We didn’t get to order.

We regularly frequent this business for their arcade games and drinks, and we've also been when they've had live music too. We were considering renting their availabile party space for our son's upcoming birthday. Today we decided to get food there for the first time. Worst mistake ever. After getting a table, and attempting to order from the vegan menu that is advertised on their website still as of this moment, we were laughed at - quite literally - by the server. If you don't offer that menu anymore, a simple "oh we actually discontinued that so sorry, can we offer you something else?" is the more professional way to respond. And then the server forgot that she never took our order because we couldn't order what we wanted and needed more time. Then she just clocked out and left. Didn't let us know or anything. As for the person who took over for the server - we had to go to the bar for everything else. The experience sucked from top to bottom. People were also making jokes to the cooks about not spitting in the food for their order - I get that the business can't control that, but why is that a joke that patrons are making and employee are laughing at our loud in view of other patrons. I'd like to say we'll just stick to arcade games from now on but honestly I don't know if we'll ever be back. Didn't feel like a place that wanted people to come back.
