The food is delicious and the staff is friendly, but last time I visited I made a substitution and they charged extra for it without letting me know it would cost extra. Didn't appreciate the lack of communication.

Yes, it was very busy because of snow outside..But, the employee taking orders was very unfriendly and was telling other employees DO NOT answer the phone we are too busy.I got my food to go Chicken yakisoba and crab ragons.The ragons were rubbery and the chicken teriyaki had a very few tiny pieces of chicken and it tasted very vinegary! Quality and taste has gone WAY down..will definitely stick to FG Sushi from now on!

It's not the best teriyaki, but it's the only game in town. They win by default. Free miso soup is basically just hot water and powder miso seasoning. But hey, it's free.
Good food, but the ladies at the counter have zero customer service skills. They ignore people or rush them through orders, and they hand off food by setting it on the counter and ignoring it after that. Every time I come here, they are the same.

Very slow service with staff standing around. If they are on their break they need to go somewhere else besides the front counter. The 'smoothie' was chunks of ice and lacked flavor. Unfortunately I was a good distance from the restaurant before I tasted.

The service was great but the food was very bland and oily. I ordered tofu with noodles and my husband ordered teriyaki and rice. Mine was very oily and didn’t have much flavor to it. My husband did like the way his came out though. I did enjoy the free miso soup you get when dining in though, that was very good.

Their chicken Yakisoba is my favorite. I called in my order after I got off of work and came right over and picked it up before I came home. Very nice and polite employees. My food was still warm when I got there which was a plus.
