The staff are most days friendly. Some people don't really give you the time of day. The food always tastes great to me. But a lot of times, food is missing, and sometimes you don't find out till you're home. Super inconvenient. And we don't always have time to check the bag completely.
Over 25 minutes for an online order to be ready for pickup, we’re the only customers here and it still takes 25 minutes for one meal with an extra quesadilla. At the 20 minute mark I go to see what’s going on when I see them put sour cream on something that’s not supposed to have it, and watch them wipe it away with their hand. Not only is it the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell or any fast food restaurant but also the grossest handling of food I’ve ever seen. And for the wait, nothing, even worse they missed an item that I had to go back and ask for.
Its like they barely wrap the food up and then chuck it in the bag. They give me the wrong items. They short me items. Switch sizes on the drinks. Literally the worst location I’ve ever been to.

The quality of the food here is inconsistent. Sometimes it's made like it should be, but more often than not it looks like they really couldn't have cared less. Extras are missing, toppings are sparse, food is sloppily thrown together... I know it's not a 5 star restaurant, but you should still be getting the food you paid for!

The worker is a bitch. We called cuz there indoor dining was closed and we tried to ask cuz we were gonna order online if my partner could take his bike through the drive thru since we are currently struggling and don't have a car. She was extremely rude and said we cannot. Horrible service.
