This takes time, but well worth the wait! I’ve tried several different dishes, but my go to is anything with biscuits and gravy!!A true gem of Gold Hill, Oregon!“

“So good! Everything was wonderful - excellent food, nice beer and wine list, super-friendly staff (the chef himself greeted us), and great service. We tried the tomato soup, pasta bolognese and fish special (cod), and everything was fabulous. Can't wait to return for a pizza or burger! It's a small, cozy space so definitely make reservations.“

“First time trying this place and I was nervous at first when I got smaller portions - for the starters and the meals. Don’t be!! They’re just enough! I even took some leftovers home. I ordered the carbonara fettuccine salmon and we also got an extra starter snack and small dessert for free. The bed was very comfy and the aesthetic was quite pleasing.Walkability: This place was right in the heart of Jacksonville and walking distance to most places in the area. We didn’t have to take our car anywhere once we got settled.Food & drinks: The restaurant was quite amazing. We got the crisp duck and the rabbit gnocchi. The duck was fried to perfection and this gnocchi was some of the best I’ve ever had! Their drinks were also amazing. We were helped by Michael, Dani, and Justin. All of them were so thorough and kind. They made our experience above and beyond. Also, Heather at the Wine bar was the sweetest! So pleased to have met everyone here!“

We went to the jackalope gift shop in the back, and it's filled with beautiful homemade treasures and jewelry. Cliff was a treat to meet and chat with. We will definitely be back.“
