Came here while we were in town visiting and I loved every minute! Service was fantastic & the food was delicious! We had the edamame, miso soup, tofu & noodles, and a roll with lemon slices on top (don't remember the name!). Definitely looking forward to coming again next time.

I came here three times during quarantine and was so blown away by the quality, that I've been suggesting this place to people ever since. Today I went back for the first time, and I can't believe I've been sending people to this restaurant. 30 bucks for 11 TINY pieces of sashimi. They weren't even sure if they served sashimi when I ordered it, and if I hadn't have asked to sit down, they would have left me standing the whole time.Definitely would not being anyone here, it's embarrassing.

Sushi rolls are fabulous, placing an order to go is always so quick and efficient. Our go to at least once a week.

Today I ordered 5 rolls and I have to say I’ve found my new favorite sushi place. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I specified no spicy mayo on any of my rolls because of a food allergy and they still put it on my Rogue roll but next time I’ll make sure I check my food but other than that I loved it.

Tried this location for the first time and absolutely LOVED it! The jalapeno poppers with the spicy tuna was delicious! Also a big big fan of the tempura shrimp and miso soup! Will absolutely be coming back here every time we want sushi! 10/10 recommend!

Had my doubts, when one among us Portlanders insisted on finding sushi for lunch on a long road trip back from CA. Some of the best sushi I've ever had at this price point and in a casual place. Lots of accessible choices, lots of interesting ones, knowledgable serving staff. Everything we ordered was better than expected. Wonderful service as well. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent food. Service was a little scattered but smiles and kindness were present. The baked pearl was tasty, not something I have ever had before.

The sushi is well prepared and served. The fish is fresh. We loved it.

They seem earnest but were having challenges when I visited. It was dinner time on Saturday and they'd already run out of sushi rice and most of the fish on the specials menu. The scallop special was nicely presented and the fresh salmon was good. None of the rest of the fish was noteworthy in any way.I liked the sake selection (not extensive but some good choices) and appreciate that they have the smaller single serve bottles in case not everyone in your group is into it.The gyōza was actually more of a fried wonton than a steamed dumpling. Some of our order didn't arrive we had to ask to have it taken off the bill.Maybe you'll have better luck when you go but they seemed to be struggling a bit when we visited. For the price, it was a disappointment.

The 3 of us walked into this Japanese restaurant up in the mountains and we did not k now what to expect. We ordered ramen, Maui rolls, Dungeones rolls, and baked mussels. All of them turned out to be very good and the price was reasonable. The waitress was very friendly and hard-working. We are from Los Angeles (where there are many good Japanese resturants) and have been to Japan 6 or 7 times. We were impressed and recommended this restaurant to our friends.

I’m afraid this won’t be our sushi place in Grants Pass. My pet peeve with all restaurants is when a menu describes a dish as having crab, but it is actually served with imitation Krab. Krab with a K is not crab. It is cheap fish. So when a roll says that it is made with Dungeness crab and is served with Krab? I am so deeply disappointed. To me it is like ordering steak and getting hamburger. People were nice and service great, but I hate Krab and the menu should say ‘imitation crab’.

I was going to take a picture at the start but once we tasted the food we couldn’t stop. Their house made salad dressing was top notch. We had the following: Carlsbad, Black Widow, The Dungeness, Merry Go Round, and California Rolls. Rachel (our server) was very attentive and answered all our questions and we had many. We had house Hot Sake which was really good and let’s not forget their house made soy sauce was really good. Atmosphere was like a coffee shop and that’s the only reason we didn’t give a 5 star.
