I live in Murphy, and I used to enjoy Casablanca at the location near my home. After Covid hit, the place just went straight downhill. It seems that management doesn't care about quality control at all. They were constantly screwing up my order before it went out of business. I quit going there after five messed up orders in a row. Then I started going to the place on Williams Hwy. in Grants Pass; hoping it was better... it wasn't. A month before it closed, I spent five minutes waiting for someone to to take my order. It was 5 o' clock, nobody in the drive-thru but me. I left and nobody noticed. Two weeks later, it closed for good.Today, I went to the remaining Casablanca on Union Avenue across from Asante Hospital. My dad and I ordered $13 burritos. My burrito came in a box without a tortilla with the ingredients mixed up like a salad with broken taco shells added. We had to back up and get them to make the correct order. My dad said his burrito was the worst he'd ever eaten there, and he wouldn't go again for that garbage. My burrito was mostly cabbage, a sprinkle of cheese, and a very dry flour tortilla that was left out all day. It's no wonder Casablanca is going under. It's too bad, it used to be good until management stopped caring about customers. If only they'd remember the magic that got them started...

I absolutely LOVE their burritos and coffee ? all their coffee and syrups/flavors are real and natural! They use actual carmel for their Carmel Latte ❤️I get their classic burrito, add potatoes, and request they grill the burrito. Soooo good ? I live out of state, but any time I'm in the area, Casablanca is my #1 place to go!!

Me and my husband just stopped by there because we know the food is delicious, yes it was a bit busy, we did get out because we're in a u-haul. We where looking at the window at the menu. After deciding on what we wanted. We sat down , to wait our turn. I would not mind waiting 20 mins because of the great quality of food I will get to enjoy. But not even 5 mins of sitting and the blonde hair girl doent say, hi , I will be with you shortly. With her face saying ughh not another person. she just slams the window. so definitely poor service. Yeah the time is 12:11 p.m. and it's a beautiful Saturday.

My son and I ate at the NW 6th and D location where you can sit down. Our first time and we loved it. You order at the counter then sit and they bring your food. The woman working the counter was busy, doing all the front house work herself. She was attentive, friendly and a good communicator all the while working with admirable grace under pressure. Having waited tables for years and knowing how hard it can be I was impressed. The food was great as was the coffee, servings were generous, served quickly and they had a gluten free option for my boy. They are worthy of the 5 stars.Dietary restrictions: My son is gluten free so he had a huge plate of tots meat and cheese and loved itParking: We parked on the street close by, 3 hour parking.Kid-friendliness: My boy has autism and we felt very comfortable there, which is not always the case in some places.

Went there Friday called in my order the young lady working acting as if she didn’t want to be there. I tried everything to get her to smile and treat me better but no luck. Don’t go at 630

Casa Blanca? More like casa Reilly. The boy can cook. Es un buen cocinero y un buen muchacho. Spanish rice that healed my longing for the perfect companion to any dish. My life will never be the same. Huzzah for Reilly !

The food here is nasty. But the staff are insanely incompetent. If your car starts on fire in line… the employees are likely to watch you and hide the extinguisher. Not sure why they were yelling at the guy who saved their business from burning down. Or why they refused to call 911…Typically you praise the guy saving you or your business. Should be offering him free food, not throwing it at him after he saves the place.Odd dynamics occurring here.

Would not let my 3 yr old daughter use the bathroom so she peed her pants. Do not go here unless you like teenage girls being

There was a man in his car and it caught fire in their drive thru line. There was a hospital worker that was there and trying to help the man out of his car. The staff at Casa Blanca wasn’t doing anything to help except argue with the hospital worker. The hospital worker asked for a fire extinguisher from the establishment. They said they had to call “their boss” to make sure it was ok, first. the hospital worker is shouting, “CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT” the Casa Blanca staff member replied, “You, you have a phone”. While the hospital worker was actively putting out a car fire and saving the mans life. Happenstance, another hospital worker was outside and was asked to call the fire department with no argument or resistance. What is this world coming to and who is raising these people?

I had not been here in quite awhile so I went online to check menu and prices. The price on their drive up menu was quite a bit more. I ordered the jalapeño papa's 12 pack the menu price was $14 I looked at my reciept and was charged $20 I asked why ND she said sorry we changed prices but haven't updated drive up menu. OK....was charged $4.25 for a very tiny container of Pico de gallo. Will definitely be my last tine there.

We ordered a Super steak wrap with avocado on the side. There was microscopic amounts of steak and no avocado anywhere! No salsita either. Dry burrito, thanks a lot, not so "super." We also ordered arroz con pollo without salsita. Massive rice and some chicken, that's it. Wow. We will NEVER go back to that store on Union by Asante. They owe us two new wraps!!
