The girl at the counter last night was on her second night and the poor girl was solo and every time she needed help, the guy helping her seemed as if it was a bother. That was not her fault at all, however ther management really should have had her shadowing to learn more. A couple ahead of my boyfriend and I had been there for a while and there order had not even been started yet by the time we had gotten our order. The fry line cook was more worried about goofing off, rather than paying attention to what he was doing, as our fries and onion rings were both severely overcooked. The only thing that went right were our Blizzards and the girl that made them always does a great job.

Got the $7 meal deal with a burger, fries, drink, and sundae and the chicken strips deal meal. The location has a drive thru and indoor and outdoor dining options. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was hot and fresh. Ten out of ten recommend this location.

Wow, I ordered a medium caramel cheesecake blizzard, only the top had the mixing. Literally only the top. Real nice. Pretty ridiculous. I suggest don't go to Dairy Queen in Grants Pass. The owner of the Dairy Queen's in this town does nothing to improve. What a joke. Spend money to get half ass. How disrespectful to customers. Why Doesn't the owner even take the time to make sure things are done right. It's so bad, the freezer only had one cake. It's been like that for weeks now. Also they keep needing employees. If everything was going well they wouldn't be like this. Robin Wright, please fix what you own or let it go to someone that knows what they are doing.
