Ordered doordash from them. didnt get hot honey or salt and pepper on my pizza. called to let them know and the gentlemen who answered at 1:02 pm said oh well you can either come in and we can remake it for you or you can eat it. He was very very rude in his tone. im sick as well so i couldent come in. the pizza was also underdone and missing cheese in certain places

Best Ever! I eat mostly plant based and gluten free and I love being able to choose vegan cheese and gluten free crust for a decent price. My husband can order his own pizza and I get my specialties! It's so affordable here. I had olive oil and garlic rub as my base instead of sauce and it was fabulous! Topped with a generous amount of veggies of my choice and topped with vegan cheese! And the big bonus is that they did not burn the edges of the gf crust which I find so typical. Double Yum!

It was my first visit and I was impressed. Sauce and toppings to the edge, plentiful. Well priced for the amount of toppings you can get. Also got the Italian Chop mini salad and it was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful and the dining area was clean. Definitely will be back and wish you had these restaurants in RI.
I've been to MOD pizzas all over the state and this is the first disappointing visit. From walking in the door at 6:20pm to leaving, it was over 45 minutes... and I was third in line when I came through the door. Four workers: walk-in pizza maker, online order pizza maker, pizza cooker and pizza cooker trainee. The guy making the walk in pizzas was going as fast as he could, but the two folks in front of me ordered multiple pizzas - so I was 20 min in line. What I don't understand is the 20 min after I ordered (5-ish min) before my pizza was ready. Then again, maybe it sat on the counter for a bit because when I finally got it (after going up and asking), it was barely warm. I'm glad I was just visiting GP, because if this was my first MOD Pizza visit, I would never come back.

I've never had an issue with the pizza, it's usually pretty good...but why is the handicapped stall in the restroom still not able to lock properly after all this time? It's a simple repair to reattach the door latch correctly so that it can actually be locked by someone needing to use the handicapped stall. It looks fine but is a slider and is off alignment just enough to be almost impossible to close. Essentially this makes it to where they don't have a functional handicapped stall, which seems like an accessibility issue. It is very frustrating at minimum.Kid-friendliness: Large bathroom stall does not lock correctly.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped bathroom stall does not lock correctly.

Our family loves MOD pizza. My oldest son loves the gluten friendly crust. Our pizzas are ready in,no,time. The order is rarely ever wrong. Everyone gets their own pizza the way they like it. The pricing is great.

Very tasty, and quick service. Prices are based on the size of the pizza you order, unlimited toppings allows complete customized personal pizzas. Definitely worth the visit, will be back.

Great restaurant for people who suffer IBS. Great low FODMAP options. And the dairy free cheese itself is really not too bad. Especially toasted.
