Both items in my order were wrong. One item was supposed to have banana added (I paid extra for that), and there was no banana. There were also no strawberries in my strawberry slush with nerds.Also,I ordered ahead, and checked in on time... My stall showed as me being checked in and nobody came for over 15 minutes. We had to press the button again and only then did they come out soon after. I regret tipping ahead of time because of the poor service. I'll never be tipping ahead of time again.This location seems to consistently have problems with enough help to get it done. I imagine these people are stressed out to the max. Maybe offer better pay and benefits options to your employees and potential employees in order to get them to be more magnetic and want to stay in the job. If you guys can't figure this out, you should probably just close. I hate to say that because I'd really miss having what I like to order at Sonic, but if they can't get it right in a reasonable amount of time consistently, then it's just not worth it. I'm sure I'm not the only one saying this.Please... Either fix this, or close.

We went there tonight to get the reba sweetheart meal and all of the sudden we go told no on the speaker from a worker when it on the menu and everything not ever going back thanks for ruin valentines

Use exact change for this place. The employee gave me the impression was going to be about $50.I was on the clock with my client and check the receipt when we get back. And realize she did not give me $16 for change. Tried to call twice. No answer. Had to waste time on the clock for my client to drive back.An employee came out and grabbed the receipt. I pulled up to the window. The manager rudely asked me, what else can I do for you? I said I need my clients change. The manager responded, the other employee told her she gave me change outside just now. I told the manager, no she did not and so the manager pulled the money out of the drawer and gave it to me. I offered to give her my phone number in case the till was off later because I'm 100% she did not give me change. She rudely responded, don't worry about it because I don't want to waste any more of your time.This manager did not care about the elderly community or any person who may have had a disability requiring a caregiver is how I felt.Their food is overpriced and mediocre now. Shakes are the only thing good. This was a Wednesday. Fries are awful. Get tots or onion rings.

The food is good but I sat in the line for 20 plus minutes and no one would talk to me through the speaker I had to drive up to the window but was still sitting behind two other cars.. took so long three cars behind me ended up leaving.

Ordered 8 breakfast sandwiches and 1 ultimate burrito...got home had 8 breakfast burritos and thr ultimate was just eggs and tomatoes woth sausage. Won't answer the phone called for 20 mins more then 10 times. Gotta police your bags I supposed.
