i would put 0 on this if i could. he was absolutely disrespectful, had airpods in while working took him so long to come out of the back when we got there. through the bread on the table, was literally throwing the lettuce and other veggies on both mine and my friends sandwich. was absolutely disrespectful and needs to learn some manners and customer service.

I ordered a order to be delivered by door dash who delivered it to wrong address. The sandwich and cookies weren't in the usual plastic bag and the drink was missing. By the time I found it it was all wet and soggy because it was raining. Put in for a refund. I'm disabled so I utilize delivery service. I shouldn't have to go out in the rain and dark with my walker to find my order that I paid delivery fees for plus a tip. Explicide details are written for the driver to avoid this from happening. But they have to care to get it right and read the instructions. Use plastic bags on no contact deliveries please.E. Evans

On Sunday we picked up an online order of two footlongs, which were the most disappointing and unenjoyable ones we have ever received at Subway. Three items were missing on the sandwiches (including the much missed cheese) and the meat and veggies were were scant. Only one employee was in the store when I picked up my order, so I assume he was not rushed. We gave our tip in cash upon pick up rather than online, so we wondered if he assumed he was receiving no tip? In the past we have very much enjoyed our meals, and more than once have experienced an exhausted, overworked, yet receptive solo female employee who provided good natured service and excellent sandwiches. Although once we waited over 30 minutes (why in the world did we wait) for her to assemble 3 online orders and observed at least 4 or 5 people walk out when she announced that it would be a while. Not her fault, as she was alone. Too many times we have encountered a lone, overworked employee there...but usually happily gobble our sandwiches.

I recently visited this Subway and have to say I wont be back. This store only had 1 Employee working, a line out the door, out of Italian Bread, and 45 minutes to make a Mobile Order. I feel bad for the woman behind the counter as she was working hard for a job that needs two people. If you go here and there is a line and only one person behind the counter, be prepared to wait a long time for a Sandwich they may not have.
