If I could give a negative star then I would twice in a row I have gone in and got a large blended coffee and I asked for standing caramel in the bottom of the cup I guess they haven't been trained on the word standing because they blend all this caramel into my coffee I take one drink the sugar rushes to my head and I have to throw the coffee away twice now I will never go back to this place and I will never recommended to anyone

The ladies were nice...made me a delicious coffee. Highly recommend. Bit expensive at 5.25 for a medium, but we can thank democrats for inflation.

Service with a smile ? ?Coffee is not too sweet and not bitter.The breakfast sandwiches are delicious! Love coming here and not feeling like I need an insulin shot after my drink. Best place for smoothies also!

Great tasting coffee and they do an actual brewed coffee. Most other places only have americano available, for me that's not as good as a real brewed cup of coffee. The workers are always nicely dressed and pleasant, no forced conversations here. I think the best part is the dressed up coffees still have a coffee taste.
Try a bagel. Or just get coffee without being accosted by someone who is way too excited to be making coffee.

Went to a human bean by my house and totally screwed up my order. Then went to the one on F street and they fixed it no issue at all. The girls that work there are so sweet and always will put a smile on your face

Thank you for having delicious matcha lattes! I had just gone to Starbucks for the third time and they were out for the third time, so I had to wait for 15 min in a hit line for absolutely nothing. I tried the HB for the first time and was so happy I did. My brother said the reg latte he had was really good. Both cashiers were super sweet and we got thru a double line fast. Loaded the app and funds and will be a steady customer from now on. Bye Starbucks!
