Went in at 11AM today, there was nobody else in the shop except me and an online order pickup. I ordered two sandwiches, the cashier was extremely rude. The sandwiches were tiny, one piece of pastrami is not enough for a sandwich. The meat was burnt, the sandwich was flavorless, and the bread was not baked through, soggy and raw dough. Absolutely disgusting food and horrible customer service. Will never return. Oh and it took 30 minutes for two sandwiches!! Ridiculous.

I have only ordered via doordash but the sandwiches are so good! It's worth the extra fees. I get "The one" regular sized sandwich with Salami (add jalepenos, add cheddar, add salt n pepper) and their potato salad and soup of the day and split it with my husband and it's so yummy. The sandwich is filling and full of crunchy yummy-ness. They use way too much meat so I always remove some but that's easy to do. Their soup of the day is always good. Chicken noodle soup once and Italian wedding soup another day which was extra good. Yum.

I am a sammich lover... I will put anything on a sammich. I've had many, from many places. But this place is my absolute Fave! Seriously... the bread is so soft a fresh its like I'm eating clouds made of Parmigiano cheese!

I’ve ordered the vegetation sandwich, that girl has poor sanitation issues. Gloves were shared by with handling money to food, or dirty rag with unclean gloves to wipe. Ewww.Vegetarian options: Too much cross containment.

The new owners use groupon to help advertise and promote their business but the vouchers will not load. This is not their fault, but it is the fault of the business they partner with, not mine as the business owner wants to make it. Groupon sent vouchers to my email since the ones on the web won't load, but the business won't accept the vouchers. The owner then called me after I left to scream at me since I didn't buy the food since they wouldn't accept the vouchers. The old owners were great. The new owners, not so much. I used to eat there all the time. I've literally been eating there for years since I moved to this area, but will not be eating there again unfortunately. Sad.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich online, but I guess I made a mistake and asked for no roast beef. I started eating it and noticed it had no roast beef on my roast beef sandwich. So I recognized my mistake and asked the girl at the counter if they could just give me some roast beef and ill put it on since I did pay for it. She asked the manager something and came back and they wanted to charge me. I politely explained that I already did pay for it and she basically said I needed to pay for the extra meat even though it wasn't extra at all. I explained to her that I ordered and paid online and didnt have any money with me and they just said sorry.I think its so petty. It wasn't like I came back a hour later or the next day. It was all in the same visit.

Staff was friendly (it was actually the owner.) Sammy was delicious. Decent amount of meat. ? But the bread.... Was amazing! The bread was the absolute star here. It was pillow-y soft. They even sell the bread separately. A whole loaf for $3! It's sold looking sort of like French bread, except soft instead of crusty.A "regular" size was "true to size" for one person. Cost me $9.50 for just a sandwich, which I thought was a bit expensive, but when I learned the bread is fresh baked everyday, it makes sense. Ima NYer and I truly miss a good sandwich. We put WAY too much meat on our sandwiches and I havta say... I like it that way. This was somewhat akin to that with a bit less meat. I'd probably just say I'd like a bit more toppings, but it was simply delicious. I'd absolutely rather come here than Subway. Support this small business today!!

Everything was ok, felt it took a little longer then needed for just a sandwich. I'm eating it now there is too much mayo and just drips everywhere and not of an actual sauce. This is the one time I've been here. I don't know if I would go back.
